The hotel is located right smack in Myongdong. Making it convenient for everything else. The airport bus, bus stop is just right around the corner too. Rooms are clean and compact. The best part is the self-laundry facilities at the basement.

The lobby to check in is in Central. Therefore, have to walk next door if I need anything Room was quite small (not much walking space), but it was ok for me and my friend. Iron board is cheap and breaks easily Safety box was broken but maintaince fixed it by replacing battery.

The hotels room was really small and there was nothing to store. It was really bad, sizeable for family. Maybe stay one person will be able to fit perfectly. And only one elevator for millions of people wanted rides. It was very difficult to ride, and we had to wait 3 or 4 more times to getting in to the elevator. It was a bad experience ever had in our trips. We will never book this kind of hotel again. Also, this hotel had no view ever. You will see the other building wall and no lights view, too.

The only location was great, and Subways was closer from the hotel. Shops and restaurants are really closed. All the businesses are convenient times, and everything is right there.

Did not expect the triple rooms to be so small. There is hardly any comfortable leg movement between the 3 beds. We have 5 luggages and after leaving them all lining up straight against the wall facing our bed, we could barely walk without hitting on our luggages.

Location is good with lots of food and shopping around the hotel areas. we arrived 2 hours before the official check-in time and the staffs were helpful with our luggage. We were able to leave our luggages at the hotel while going for our lunch and they also allowed us to use the laundry service first.

Location is excellent, right in Myeongdong walking street. Room is not spacious, but it seems like a norm here. Check in and check out is seamless. The take away breakfast is nice too, but a bit repetitive though.

There is a strong smell of smoke from the bathroom at night, we need ventilation all night, our room is directly above the smoking area on the first floor, but we sleep on the 11th floor, the bathroom window looks very old, guess it is coming from the window , the shower curtain is very cheap, the water will splash outside the floor when showering

Very polite and kind staff. I got an upgrade when I checked in which is always appreciated and welcomed! The room was very spacious and well lit. The bed was also comfortable. It very much felt like a luxury hotel. The location is also convenient as there is a 7/11 across the street and is about a 2 minute walk to a station!
