Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeEach room was given two card key and we accidentally lost one card and the front desk staff insist on charging us Won 10,000. Try to seek some waiver as our group had booked three rooms for 6 days and felt some exception can be given this time around. Otherwise, every thing was great.
hotel location was just great, being right next to the Myeongdong subway station and close to the shopping streets and restaurants. The inner room that was allocated to us this time (as compared to our last stay) was much bigger. Room was very clean too

United StatesLiked- check in was easy. The room was clean. They had bottles of water in the fridge. The location is right off the station exit and connected to a 7-eleven. They let us keep our bags by the front desk after checking out. The did let us know that the building was on heat only and that you could rent a fan if you wanted. Surprisingly not a lot of noise on the 9th floor with the window open at night. Disliked- The shower head made it impossible to take a normal shower. The bed was very hard.

United Arab EmiratesRoom was a little small but it was comfortable given that we planned on being out most of the time.
Location of the hotel is perfect if you like shopping markets, lively atmosphere, etc. We found it central for our needs and would have loved to extend but due to no availability had to move for our last 2 nights.

United KingdomSmall room but that was in the description. Shower over the bath feels a little wrong for a four star hotel but worked perfectly well when the shower curtain was not sticking to you! Not cheap for size of room.
The staff were so kind and wanted to help wherever they could. The breakfast was also excellent. So much choice for both western and Korean preferences. Really comfortable beds, linen and pillows. Great location for the busy market and shopping.

Convenient location on the edge of the Myeongdong market. Stage was extremely friendly and helpful. On site restaurant lets you experience Korean style dining for breakfast with sufficient western style options for the picky eater

United StatesTwin beds were a little worn/old/sagging, but still decent. Good for a couple nights stay.
Good value when found on sale for 255,000 KRW for Sat–Mon (2 nights). Probably not worth full price at 430,000.

The location of the hotel is great and is a few minutes from the Myeongdong shopping district. The 12th floor daiso just across the street . The subway exit is just in front of the hotel which is very convenient for travelling go other places . The airport limousine stop is around 100 meter from the hotel . The ramen shop is next to the hotel .

The location close to the airport bus drop off, Myeongdong shopping and food street; walking distance to Lotte department store and Namdaemun; helpful staff, 7 11 on the property and the ramen shop where they make what you choose and provide toppings at a good price

AustraliaThe shower curtain was a bit flimsy. You had to take extra care so that the shower water didn’t make a mess or so you didn’t cause a puddle by the tub. Had read a much earlier review by a former guest about this so I knew to take extra care with the shower curtain.
I really appreciated that it was a very short walk away from the bus stop for Airport Limousine Bus #6015 which takes you to and from Incheon International Airport to this hotel. I arrived at night and was so pleased that after I got my pieces of luggage from the bus driver & staff, I simply looked up and saw the Hotel Skypark III signage. It’s also near Myeongdong Kyoja which serves the popular Kalguksu dish, across the biggest Daiso I’ve been in, across from interesting streets with Namsan Tower as the lovely backdrop and a short walk to Myeongdong shops, restaurants and night market. There’s a Ramen shop and a 7-Eleven downstairs and coffee shops/cafes on the same street.

United StatesThe hotel is dated, and rooms are small. I stayed twice (Jan and Feb) in 2 different rooms. One room was OK, but the other I could not get wi-fi connection, the hair dryer did not work, the shower head did not stay in the shower holder, making it very difficult to shower without having to manually hold the nozzle. There aren't any face wash cloths, but I believe this is not specific to just this hotel. So if you need wash cloths, be sure to bring your own disposable face cloths. You could hear people in the hallway for sure, but that doesn't bother me as much since most guests don't make obnoxious noises in the middle of the night. The heat is way too high; it was very, very hot in the room. The temperatures are set, the windows are non openable, so I could not open the window to cool the room. I do love that there were coffee, tea, water available in the room.
The hotel location is 11 out of 10! First, the Airport Limo bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel. Second, Myeongdong Subway Station Exit 9 is right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around all of Seoul. Third, the staffs were all very helpful, friendly, polite, and respectful. Shin was amazing. He was very accommodating including approving my early check in and late check out due to my flight schedules. He also made ramen breakfast for me! I was pleasantly surprised when he hand drawn a picture of me to take home as a souvenir (very talented!). The staffs (Shin, Sol, and another female staff who worked nights I did not get her name. She helped me lugged my luggage up the stairs!). They all made my stay very pleasant, memorable, and enjoyable. Please extend my thanks to all the staff members.
