Staff not very friendly or helpful. No key for the door, which locked automatically once so had to ask the staff to open it. Very basic and you can definitely get more for your money somewhere else.

There is no curtains on the bed, it's impossible to cover place around to make some privacy. The cabinet doesn't have a lock, or maybe it is possible to get the lock on reception, I don't know actually. I didn't have any problems with my stuff.

Staff is really friendly and kind. Passable for one night. Actually it depends on your requirements coz for my friend this place was absolutely convenient. He stayed here more than one week, he liked breakfast. But I prefer more comfortable places. (I now nothing about breaking coz I woke up after 10 a.m.) It was hot outside. The room has AC and fans. AC worked the whole night and I slept well. The bed was comfortable. No mosquitos in the room. It was quite in the room. The location is good. Wi fi was strong, in the common aria and in the room.

bathroom needs renovation! very bad and unstable wifi in privite room (but to be fair, as advertised wifi only usable in public areas) upon my arrival the bed and towels were dirty and had hair on them It was often noisy at night because the room was on the ground floor and the only window faced the hallway. (loud girls playing catch in the hallway at 2am) I booked a single room 3 nights in advance, but for me the privite room was not worht the money. I didn't feel comfortable and didn't stay longer than originally planned (bathroom, no wifi in room). There are better private rooms in the area for this price.

They use an unfair currency conversion rate set by 'the boss' so that you will pay more kip than suggested on booking.com in usd. Puts you in a bad mood before you begin your stay. 1*....keep the change boss.

White travelers get the precedence. I order breakfast one morning and all the European girls are up and about. I ended up getting served after people who ordered after me! Not surprised honestly..

not clean. bathroom near unusable. 2 dorm rooms full of chinese tourists which resulted in a lot of hocking, spitting, yelling, smoking & loudspeaker calls/tiktok at all hours. I went to go for a walk and my shoes were missing. I told the staff and he knew straight away and said it had happened before. 2hrs later I saw one of them walking around wearing my shoes. I'm normally pretty cool about most things but all of the above crossed the line for me so I moved asap. maybe I was unlucky with my timing but that was my experience after 2 nights.

After a 15 hour miserable bus ride, I arrived at Lucky with a fully paid reservation for a private room and was told they were full. After phone calls & waiting, waiting, waiting, they took me to Memory Hotel. By then, the nearby restaurants were closed.

Lucky seemed fine but even though I had a fully paid reservation, I did not get to stay there.
