Noisy, partly because of some of the mainly indifferent staff (and their family members?) who at all hours behaved like it was their private house. Breakfast was adequate at best. I had two rooms, one upstairs that had a broken lock on the balcony door and a really bad smell, and on top mosquitos everywhere. Moved to one downstairs that wasn't smelly but it was also filled with mosquitos.

Excellent location and spacious rooms with decent bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nice outside seatings upstairs and downstairs too. And one of the staff members (unfortunately can't remember his name but the young guy with the buzz cut hair) was really nice and cheerful and compensated his lack of any English with excellent service (and google translate:)).

Next door is under construction, however it’s during day time and didn’t affect our stays.

I love that the villa is located in the heart of the city and super near to the night market. The place is peaceful, clean room, great breakfast and the manager , Mr. Dat is very kind and friendly.

The property is located next to a construction site, which creates noise and disrupts the surroundings. Communication with the owners is difficult as they speak very little English. Services offered, such as bus tickets or currency exchange, are overpriced compared to alternatives. The rooms do not match the photos; although new, they are poorly constructed and already appear worn. Upon arrival, our room had many mosquitoes flying around. The surrounding area is messy, and our view was of pipes and scattered tiles. When I requested a room change, I was told this was the room I had paid for, which reflects the overall attitude and quality of this property.

The flooring gave me nightmares. I couldn't sleep at night as whenever the person beside my room would walk, I could hear it and there were weird noises at night. This kept me up for all nights during my stay. The shower didn't work at all, the door and knobs are old and quite rusted.

The location is really good, the night market is just opposite to the hotel. Staff is very polite and respectful. They were always smiling. Restaurants/cafes/monuments/temples are at a walkable distance..so the property is very well placed.

There were a lot of mosquitos in the room when we accomodated, hot water was not running in the evening, there was a strong smell of food coming from outside through aircon, a lot of outside noise in the room from neigbouring rooms

in room 8 there is no window, only a glass door to shared balcony, so very dark. Harsh overhead lighting in room, no bedside lamp, no convenient socket for kettle, paper-thin walls. room 10 door to balcony has broken lock, which was reported by a previous reviewer. does the owner not read these reviews? or doesn't care about basic maintenance?

First of all, it should be noted the accomodation feels much more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There was a machine right outside my window (Room No. 5) which made noise all night. My room was right near the lobby (despite asking for a quiet room) so I could hear every little noise made by the employees using their mobile phones and the noise from the breakfast in the morning. The curtains didn't block any sunlight. The room was full of mosquitos. The shower had no hot water, and the shower head was broken. There were dead insects in the shower.

The room is pleasant with a vanity table and a small fridge. There is a nice looking pool in front of the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection was very good.

While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was dirty towels scrunched up on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. The room was full of mosquitos and when showering the water flooded into the bedroom. We asked a member of staff to help clean up this flooding to which she said 5 minutes and did not acknowledge us again until we spoke with the host. The host was kind enough to let us print out our train tickets, but then pressured us to write a good review. The breakfast was pre cooked in the morning and works as a first come first serve. We sat down at 8am and by that time everything was cold and surrounded by flies.

The room was spacious with a large bed and a TV with apps like Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. It had a pool which had sun light on it during the day. The host gave us a plate of fruit in the evening which we were grateful for.
