The room overlooked the sea, and staff were extremely attentive and friendly. In particular, they were totally accommodating when I needed to change my booking at very short notice. The owner also drove me personally into the Old Town, and introduced me to friends

For a family with an active little boy this place is perfect. walking distance to everywhere, the beach, the souk, the port and the public gardens. It was really handy and practical. the staff were exceptional, they organised taxis for us to go anywhere, helped us order dinners and take away and always looked after us. They also helped entertain our very active 3 year old. the location is truly perfect and while we went in winter where a lot of places are closed, it was perfect for us. the sea views are incredible.

We stayed at this hotel over the day and truly enjoyed it! The staff are great guys and helped us with everything, we could even choose the room between two variants. Our room had everything a normal family with children needs. The location is perfect if you want to be close to all the sightseeings, restaurants and at the same time to the beach. So you can swim in the clean water and then go to the castle. Very quiet in the evening.

Byblos can be loud at night during the weekends, but isn't a big issue once you close the veranda doors and turn on the AC.

The people working there are amazing not to mention very accommodatingthe and rooms are very clean.

The power cut off every night for an hour or 2. This isn't the hotel's fault, as the whole neighbourhood was blacked out each night due to the power issue in Lebanon. However it was hot and humid as we stayed during July and without AC running for a few hours each night tended to wake us due to the heat. Not a major drama and something you need to live with currently in Lebanon.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Easy walk into the old town of Byblos and restaurants only a few minutes away. The staff at the hotel were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming and make our stay all the more better. The hotel is basic and the room finish and appointments are humble (3 star) but the value for money is great. One of our measures of a good hotel is the water pressure in the shower, and this hotel was awesome! we had a great stay and would definitely recommend for others.

Perfecty located just along the beach, 7min walk from the souk and archeological site. The venue is a bit oldish and resembles 80ties-like hotels, it simply requires urgent referbishement. Neverthless the magnificent seaview compensates this drawback. Just ask for a waterfront room.
