Everything was perfect from the first contact with the reception to the moment i left the hotel. Mr Ammar is a taxi driver from airport to hotel was a so kind and friendly. Thanks for Dylan and lea for good and warm welcome. I would like to return to Elite Beverly again, and I recommend it.

During my stay, I had a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful sea view, a fantastic location, and a very competitive price. A few days before check-in, I needed to change my reservation, and it was handled smoothly and without any extra cost. What truly made my stay unforgettable was Dilane. Her friendly and welcoming attitude, along with her attention to detail, made me feel both seen and valued. Even after my stay, she followed up to ensure that everything had been perfect. Good afternoon. I was left with a very good impression of the hotel; they changed my room to 703 with a gorgeous sea view. The birth conditions are excellent, the kitchen has everything, there are no problems with electricity and water. I would especially like to note Miss Dilane and her attitude towards hotel clients (the hotel gives her a bonus). We will definitely come back again.

Two things that I didn’t quite like one was the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and However, I was disappointed with the restaurant's quality, which did not match the high prices. The food did not meet the standards I expected for the cost. Additionally, I found it misleading that the fresh juice was advertised as fresh but was not actually fresh. This is something I believe should be improved to maintain the hotel's otherwise excellent reputation.

I had an exceptional stay at Elite Hotel by Beverly! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made me feel truly welcome. The hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and top-notch services exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Miss Dilan for her kindness and attentiveness, as well as Mr. Tareq and Mr. Abdulrahman for their outstanding service and dedication. Their efforts truly made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Elite Hotel by Beverly to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. Looking forward to my next stay!
