Staffs are welcoming always smiling and ready to assist in anyway they can.the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would recommend friends to this facility.

There's not much i didn't like. The restaurant gets booked very quickly due to limited space, so throughout my stay, I wasn't able to dine there.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were always prompt to address any issues, always having a warm and welcoming reception.

The property was on a hill and not so easy to just walk about, however they did have a shuttle bus that took you to the beach and town but you really need to venture out to relax on the nicer beach

This was our second time at Bel Jou. It’s a Lovely hotel for a relaxing vacation, the food is excellent with a good choice always available. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Overall the property is a bit tired, with various broken tiles, shower cubicle not suitable/broken. In need of an upgrade/renovation.

Location was good allowing for a nice breeze and views. Lower swimming was very enjoyable.

The beds. I can’t speak for all the rooms but I had an ocean view, two Queen room and the mattress was box spring trash. I was only there 2 nights so it was bearable. They need to upgrade to memory foam and this place will be a 10/10.

Just about everything including the staff, the staff are warm and friendly, by far the best thing about Bel Jou. I thought the buffet food was also solid. The snack stand made the best frozen painkillers!! The NYE entertainment and party was fun, great fireworks. Just a real chill easy going vibe.

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom area.

This was my 2nd time visiting Bel Jou and it was indeed a blast. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful! One of the staff, Courtney, was so helpful and extremely willingly to aid my mom and I with whatever we requested. The self serve bar was a hit and they kept it stocked with champagne and rum punch(my fav drinks) amongst other rums and beers. The new years eve party was the highlight of my trip. It was so organized and the decor for the rooftop was absolutely spectacular! Food was divine as well. Rooms were also very clean.

Loud live music every night till around 11pm - this may be a plus for the vacationers but we were there for work. Small plastic bottles used for shampoo and body wash should be replaced by something more sustainable. The lights on the A/C unit cannot be dimmed nor turned off so reception gave me band-aid to cover it otherwise the room has a bright glow which is difficult for sleeping.

Lovely views all around the property; great diversity of food for all meals, very friendly and accommodating staff; convenient shuttle to the beach and city; comfortable room with balcony.

3rd time coming to Bel Jou in 12 months. That should tell its own story. I like the vibe which is bespoke and definitely person satisfaction orientated.

Management and their idea of an adult only all resort. 16th birthday party that took over one of the bars leaving the only option with a (talented but not to personal taste) celloist in the other bar. Place emptied out. No other option bar your room. Frustrated a lot of the guests. Not a good look.

The people. The location. No per se shout out to any of the staff as they're all incredible! They would do anything for anyone. Just epic all round.

The bedsheets were uncomfortable and initially room was damp - a bit of sorting and running the aircon on dry mode helped this. We didn't get much of a briefing on arrival so ended up having to ask quite a few questions - all answered in a friendly fashion. The mosquito treatment that's run has quite a distinct/unpleasant smell, probs better than the alternative though! One of us is gluten free and this messaging often got lost between staff members which made mealtimes stressful.

All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Good to have facilities on site e.g. Gym, darts, table tennis as well as lounging by the pools. Rum based cocktails come highly recommended and you should definitely book into Hummingbird restaurant whilst you are there. Views of the island great. The little walking tour up to the lighthouse was fun and is recommended!

there's lots of steps to climb in areas especially to reach the restaurant.No good for people that can't climb stairs. service in lulu's the snacks restaurant is very slow waited over an hour on 1 day for our food. very slow at replacing items of food when needed. entertainment of an evening could be better. roof top bar drinks not as good as other bars no mixer to male cocktails . The humming bird restaurant is not as good as it should be in terms of choice and food quality. Some days the toiletries weren't supplied in the room or new hand towels.

really good location in a quiet area of castries, excellent service, self service all inclusive bar for drinks by the lower pool. very clean and friendly staff. a good choice of food on most day's. Quality of Pina colados is really good..the gym is ok considering it's not a really big hotel.The room size was excellent

I love the location of this Hotel.. You had easy access to the Market & Beach.. Great view for walking.The air is clean and you're surrounded by natural vegetation. The staff was very nice & friendly. Would 100% highly recommend this location. Shout to the staff my apologies in advance if i forgot or miss spelled your names. The General Manager Dean that takes times out of his day to genuinely greet you. Shout out to my name sake Kisha.. you still missing the E😝..she is very kind.
