Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Kingdomalthough on the whole clean needed a deep clean and some updating in places (I.e sealant at back of kitchen sink, and regroup and sealant on worktops) the driveway was steep and steps down down to property not a problem for confident drivers and active travellers worth noting in terms of location it depends what holiday you are looking for, this location is perfect for beaches, restaurants and a little snorkelling but most snorkelling, walking and adventure activities are in the south of the island approx 2 hour drive away
beautiful views, large property with queen bed bath, indoor/outdoor shower, swimming pool Chris the host was super helpful and advised us of the best places to go and see

United StatesThe wi-fi could have been better. Mosquitoes were a bit of a pain. We did ended up buy repellent but maybe a tad late.
Location was excellent. Beach was a 3 mins. walk across the street. Best of all was the communication from the host (Cosmas) and the excellent services provided by the on-premises butler - Chris. From the airport pickup to dropoff, he was amazing. Also, the house dog - Rex, was a joy. He was always happy to be around us and vice versa.

United StatesThe living room was a bit warm. Otherwise, the living area was large and extremally comfortable with ample seating and large windows drawing in a lot of natural and a supreme view of the ocean.
The location was ideal. The beach was a short walk from the end of the driveway, no more than 300 feet. The large terrace has a spectacular view overlooking the Carribean ocean and the apartment is bright and spacious.

Very spacious, clean, safe and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing, you can see Martinique on a clear day was a plus. The manager for the villa was prompt to answer questions and helpful with suggestions. The villa had every amenity one could need. I celebrated my birthday here and would definitely book it in the future.

United StatesThe road accessing the villa has no street lights at night time, so it can be tricky navigating with the potholes in the road. Also the driveway to the villa is very steep- so it took a little getting used to to drive up the driveway.
Location was terrific. The villa is located on the northern part of the island in Gros Islet. Access to the beach is just a short walk (be aware it is a steep incline and will likely require sneakers or closed toed shoes for safety). This was no problem to walk with our 2 and 5 year old. Access to the Royalton Beach is free, but be sure you follow the rules and do not use their furniture or umbrellas, unless you buy a day pass ($150.00 US dollars per adult, plus &75.00 US dollars per child over 2 years old). Day pass gives you unlimited access to all resort amenities, including unlimited drinks at beach bars, the kiddie pool, and other amenities). We spent a day on the "Naughty Girl" speed boat which was so much fun! Chris, the maintenance and security person was onsite 24/7 and available to assist with all/any needs. He even offers to give you car rides for hire or buy your groceries. He also cooks a delicious Saint Lucian traditional dinner for $25 us dollars per adult, and will wash your laundry for $5 US dollars. We decided to rent our own car, which worked out well with the two kids. It is easy to access any nearby beaches, all within a 10 minute, 1.5 mile drive. Very safe area. Be advised that roads are FULL of potholes, and if you do decide to rent a vehicle, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle, NOT a traditional sedan- since the steep inclines and huge potholes require high clearance wheels.
