Our stay was great and it was an amazing experience! The accommodation is very cozy, quiet, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed wonderful view of the garden. The breakfasts were great. We had all sorts of cooked breakfasts every day different. We had the best care we could get from Selen. Thank you so much for your kindness and your warm hospitality. I would have loved air conditioning - it really is necessary on the Caribbean islands, but I understand that there are various works in progress so hopefully it won't be long before it is installed :-D. Also, no washing machine in the apartment as sadly there had been washing machine issues in the apartment and Selen's apartment, meaning there was no working washing machine anywhere in the building for some time. I do appreciate it takes time to sort these things out - and it is not the end of the world lol! Perhaps also good black out curtains in the bedrooms? Daylight woke me quite early (not a problem really but a lie in would have been good :-D ) and I know some people cannot stand light coming in too soon.

Selen met me at the airport and drove me to the apartment view the local supermarket so I could do a small shop and get necessities it - now that was REALLY helpful - set me up for a few days! She also provided dinner that night (delicious fish and salad) and breakfast the next morning! WOW. Selen is an exceptional host - going more than the extra mile to help you settle in and feel at home, nothing is too much trouble for this lovely hospitable lady. She really is one in a million! The big tele - brilliant - and lots of channels to choose from - right up my street. The good wifi. The lovely water cooler - now that was a real bonus - cold spring water at the touch of a button - wonderful and extremely thoughtful - a first in ANY of the apartments I have hired in 16 years coming to the Caribbean - well done Selen! A really comfy double bed - I had a great night's sleep every night.

There was no airconditioning but it all was fine with the huge windows open and the cooling breeze blowing through the aparment and windows have mosquito nets.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a beautiful, peaceful setting with an amazing view to the rear of the property. Furnishings were luxurious and the kitchen was very well equipped. Selen's breakfast every morning was delicious and a real treat. She also treated us to fruit from her beautiful garden and made us tea using the various leaves also from the garden. Selen is a great host and made our stay a perfect one. We would have loved to have stayed for longer if we could!

In St Lucia driving takes a lot of time due to the conditions of the streets. So going to the west and north takes some time (there are the main activities) but it was nice to see St Lucia without tourism as well.

We had an amazing stay at Selen’s Guest Apartment! Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast that set the perfect tone for our day. Selen was incredibly helpful, always there to answer our questions and provide valuable tips. Her warm hospitality and engaging conversations truly enriched our stay. You should know that the location is not shown correcty at booking. It is not 1.5 km up from the Micoud/Ti Rocher junction, but 4.5 km and lies at the upper end if Ti Rocher. Few buses. It's convenient to have a car.

Selen is an extraordinary kind and warmhearted host. Always helpful. The apartment is big, has a well equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and a good shower. The neighborhood is rural, calm and off the touristic path. We had a good walk up to the forest reserve.

Nothing :) My only critique was that the location shown on Booking.com was a little off. (This seems to be quite a common problem in St. Lucia, in general) It was no big deal, as Selen confirmed everything by WhatsApp before my arrival anyway.

The apartment was clean and well-appointed. Selen was an attentive and gracious host. She has worked hard to create a home away from home for her guests, including such personal touches as her own artwork on the walls.

Everything was perfect!!!

Selen's is AHHHMAZING!! She is super accomodating and makes you feel like you are at a home away from home! She provides EVERYTHING you will need for a wonderful stay. It it packed fully furnished!! The location is in a peaceful neighborhood with breathtaking views! She drove us everywhere we needed to go and stayed with us if we wanted her to..She goes above and beyond to make sure you get a unique to you experience! She spoke to us and found out what we wanted to do and planned all of our excursions. It was so fun! She drove us from one end of the island to the other and never complained! She actually injured her foot beforehand and never let that stop her from being the BEST hostess ever! Her place is super clean and you never want to leave!! We met so many cool people!! You WILL NOT regret staying at Selen's!! She loves her house and her people and it shows in everything she does! Her prices were more than fair for the stay and taxi driving. She is my lifelobg friend now and I am so happy I met her⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Selen was incredibly friendly and had bananas waiting for us and water was provided throughout our stay. The apartment was so cosy with gorgeous art and generally beautiful interior! We would definitely stay here again.

wi-fi didn't work well in most of the house, it worked best on the terrace. An amplifier would be useful.

Selen welcomed us very warmly, prepared a folder with important information about the island, etc., and brought fruit from her garden. During our stay, the refrigerator broke, Selen ordered a new one and within a few days the problem was solved.

Driving on this island. Was too stressful for me.

Selen is a great host. Appartment is very spacious confortable and well equipped. Has everything to spend à nice stay. Selen can provide a transfer from the airport for USD 30 dinner for USD 30 per person and breakfast for USD 15 per person. Micoud is à 35 minutes drive from the airport. No restaurant around and no supermarket. Have to go to Vieux Fort. Selen recommended a nice restaurant near the airport The Reef. Very Nice friendly staff good food and affordable price. If you stay there must have a car . Roads on this island are in bad conditions. Potholes everywhere curves. Driving takes a long time. No signs no indication and crazy drivers. It is better to hire a taxi with à local. I regret having rented a car. Traffic is horrible near Castries. I had a second stay in Anse la Rayé. Good location to see Soufriere and go to the North.

I had a lovely stay at Selen's home, the photos and description are a true reflection of the property. Selen is a very friendly hostess, nothing is too much trouble and she is always on hand if you need her. The house is clean and spacious with all the amenities that you would need for a home away from home. If it is isn't there ask and Selen will do her best to accommodate you. If you have any issues Selen quickly resolves them. A car is ideal if you are staying here. It is on a main road but it is very quiet. All the facilities are in good working order and there are large tv's in both the lounge and the main bedroom which have streaming services on them. Fans are provided for the living room and other bedroom, , however the air conditioning in the main bedroom is very good. A very nice stay with an excellent hostess. I have booked to return.
