The Peloton bikes in the gym were unusable due to inability to log on to software. IT assistance was promised but failed to arrive - we left after 45minutes waiting. The sofa-bed in our villa accommodating a third adult was adequate but not comfortable when compared to the bedroom facilities.

Superb location. Wonderful service from the accommodations team with spectacular view from our villa. Sugar beach was the best snorkelling experience of our holiday.

We felt that it was overpriced overall, and that there were inconsistencies which felt poor value eg a cappuccino was 3 dollars in one part of the hotel and 10 dollars in a different location 20 metres away.

Exceptional location, wonderful facilities and atmosphere. Beach and pool are both lovely areas to sit. Lovely fresh and local food with lots of choices.

Our room was close to one of the internal roads and there was a lot of traffic noise. On one morning the vehicles passing by included a concrete mixer lorry and another lorry carrying building materials. They should explore using quieter, more environmentally friendly, electric vehicles.

Superb staff. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Every request was met with "no problem" The food was of a very high standard with imaginative menus. Would look forward to returning here.

So the one and only thing I did not like was my ability to use a drone to capture my experience. I had the approval of the country Ministry and this was my opportunity to not only gather beautiful photos and videos of the resort, but to showcase this on my platforms. I was able to get some but then was met with some resistance.

It is important to address one aspect that fell short of our expectations: the dining experience. While the resort boasted several dining options, we found the price of food to be exorbitant and the overall quality underwhelming. If you plan on eating exclusively at the resort, be prepared to spend a significant amount of money. A daily expenditure of $400 to $500 for food alone (excluding alcohol) can quickly add up and put a strain on your budget. Although the food prices were a downside, we must highlight that there are alternative dining options available in the nearby towns and villages, which provide a chance to explore local cuisine at a more reasonable cost. We took advantage of this opportunity and were rewarded with some truly delightful culinary experiences.

The poolside service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring our every need was met, creating an atmosphere of true indulgence and relaxation. The addition of a personal butler elevated our honeymoon experience to new heights. Our butler was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. From arranging romantic dinners on the beach to providing helpful recommendations for local excursions, their presence added an extra touch of luxury and made us feel truly pampered.

The beach is not private and occasionally some slightly rowdy tourists would turn up.

The room was wonderful and the facilities were similarly excellent. The hotel is carefully set out in the natural landscape and the views are great.
