A lot was said about my group just because we were young black women on vacation, like it was so unusual that it gives them the right to treat us like we don’t belong there.
The beach was amazing, views were spectacular.

Franceit is impossible to reach the villa on foot. you have to take a shuttle which can sometimes take 25 minutes to arrive Badly maintained hotel that needs to be renovated. the staff is often very nice, but sometimes very unpleasant for no reason this hotel would benefit from a better mss as swimming and management

United KingdomMy wife had to send 2 desserts back, seems they don't put the same attention to detail into those as for the other courses, which is a shame, but that did save my wife a few calories I suppose..... Drink prices are generally too high, 7 USD for a small bottle of beer, or 14 USD for a rum punch, + 10% service on top.
The beautiful 1-bedroom villa we booked was spacious and very well fitted out. When we arrived, were checked into one low down on hillside with no ocean view and an over-looked terrace, next morning we got moved to the one above which was just perfect, excellent customer service. Breakfasts were a feast, dinners were consistently excellent also. Huge number of sun loungers around beach areas, no problem to find a quiet spot away from young families on the beach front, and set up for a great day chilling in the sun. We had a hire car and did some exploring in area, and took taxi into Rodney Bay for 2 nights out, all very nice.

United StatesI think most people are worried about the food and it's overall quality. It was great! Excellent meals with a good variety. We loved the Indian buffet night on Saturday and there were vegetarian options as well. All of the waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. My daughter is gluten intolerant and there were options for her also such as GF buns for burgers, and regular GF bread. The beach is beautiful and clean. We were just there last week (in May) and never had a problem getting beach chairs. The grounds of the resort are meticulously groomed all the time. Just beautiful.

We did not have the all inclusive so we were thankful for that. That gave us the opportunity to look for food options outside of the hotel.

United StatesThere was some unpredictability in the dinner buffet. It was open some nights but not others. In general, I had few complaints.
This is a beautifully run place. Everything exceeds expectations. The staff is super friendly. The service is impeccable. The restaurants are good to very good. I had a room with a beautiful view of the Caribbean. The beach is gorgeous. They have activities at the resort, but I did a number of outings such as to climb Mt. Premat, two boat rides, the market in Castries and the street party in Gros Islet. I love beautiful St. Lucia, and the resort is as good as can be.

United Kingdom3 restaurants were either completely out of use or limited times they were accessible due to refurbishment works. These works were also being carried out throughout lobby and the noise made the main pool virtually unusable. The breakfast buffy was of poor quality and rotten fruit was served on a number of days and the bacon was not always fresh but reheated and inedible. The staff were generally helpful but the ongoing works resulted in us leaving the hotel premises to eat and enjoy the island. We were also told the tap water was filtered and fit to drink from the tap, drinking the water resulted in both my wife and I falling ill for a couple of days. To be fair, the hotels management took on our complaints and as a result issued a partial refund and apology for the poor service we received.
The location was stunning and the view from our room was amazing.
