The place was very clean, and the room had all the necessary amenities. The homemade local breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. It is located in the middle of the forest, so you are constantly surrounded by the sounds of nature. It’s a peaceful and beautiful setting, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might not be the best option for you. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very nice place with three TreeHouses, with AC, warm water. Atmosphere in this homestay couldn't be better with this lovely family. Breakfast is very good, fresh, every day different. This is also a good restaurant. Recommended!

The tree houses are very nice. If you are looking to connect with nature, this is the place! The family is super friendly and always willing to help you. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable! Thanks Shan for showing me around!

If you want a rustic stay with amazing hosts and a great location this is your place! The family are so friendly and accommodating and Shan their son was so helpful. He drive us around in the tuk tuk and even took us on a small walking trip to watch the sunset. It was so much fun to spend time with this family. As far as the food it was very good Sri Lankan meals with a free breakfast each morning. The rooms had AC and hot showers and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing...... faultless!!

Very clean yet homely, good shower,warm water, mosquito net. Shaan has a tuktuk & offered to show me the sights for a very very reasonable charge. He dropped me at my next accommodation free as a courtesy. Breakfast & evening meal were very healthy & filling. Could not complain about anything.

Staying at Akash Treehouse felt like a dream! The wooden cabin, nestled deep in the jungle, created an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful—you could fall asleep to the soothing sounds of nature. The staff was beyond friendly, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the unbelievable dinner prepared by the host—one of the best meals we had! Despite our early wake-up for a sunrise hike, the owner got up even earlier to make us delicious pancakes to take along. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions yet offering a calm, secluded retreat. Bonus: the super-friendly dogs made our stay even more special! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and serene jungle experience! 🌿🐾

Lovely family running the guest house and the mum is a fantastic cook! Beds super comfortable and so are the pillows. All the rooms have a kingsize bed and a single bed. Being up in the trees and sounded by amazing plants and birds is pretty special. Its a bit out of town but there are bikes to rent around the corner.

If you are looking for a unique place to stay and to experience Sri Lankan hospitality, look no further. The hosts are brilliant and can organise local trips and activities for you. They also serve amazing home-made food in their family-run restaurant. The treehouse has everything you need, even things you would not expect (hot water!). Nice and clean, in a quiet location.

They were the sweetest family and took such good care of us. The home cooked dinner was amazing and they took us to the sunrise hike by the Lion rock in the morning, without expecting anything in return. You will genuinely want to leave a good tip for these wonderful people.

The houses are very close to nature, plants and animals are around the whole time. At night I felt like sleeping in the jungle. The food is amazing! Akash and his family are super friendly, their hospitality was the best during our Sri Lanka trip!
