The service was good. The staffs were very friendly. They provided us early checkin and late checkout as we requested. We had our lunch in the hotel restaurant.The food was really tasty. It's beach front hotel and has a nice view from hotel.

We loved our stay here. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. We went for a room with sea view balcony and felt it was worth the extra money as the view was amazing. Spacious room and comfy bed. The peaceful private beach with free sun beds and umbrellas was definitely a highlight! We swam in the crystal clear water everyday. The food was delicious (especially the curries!) and the service was great. The hotel is slightly out of town but that didn’t bother us as it meant it was lovely and quiet, and the staff arranged cheaper tuktuks for us when we did go out. Thirukoneswaram Temple is walking distance and worth a visit! We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax and unwind :)

Absolutely wonderful feeling from the moment I arrived and saw the beautiful sea though the little restaurant. Very happy I booked the deluxe room as the view was so amazing, waking up seeing the sun rise in bed is incredible… the room was so beautifully decorated and peaceful with lots of lovely touches. I’m so happy I stayed two night most to enjoy it, and to visit sacred Koneswaram temple a number of times. The staff were so kind, and the food and drinks were amazing. And you pretty much get the sea to yourself. Thank you.

We didn’t like the breakfast, maybe it will be tastier for others.

The location was near to town and it was convenient to get what we needed from outside as well. And the rooms were very clean, quiet & beautiful. The our rooms had a balcony which clearly see the beach view. The dinner we ordered was delicious. And specially their customer service was amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Definitely value for money.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Super helpful staff, got our air conditioning fixed on Christmas day, no problems. The room was lovely with a balcony looking out to sea (2nd floor is better than 1st floor). Breakfast is great but takes a while to be served so best you're not in a hurry. Would have stayed longer if we could.

The location is even better than what the images show. The staff were exceptionally cooperative and helpful. The food was excellent, with breakfast included in the booking, and it was fresh and well-balanced. They were willing to customize the meal based on your special requests, if possible.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome. The team was amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as were the lobby and restaurant areas. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We also had reliable internet access, which was perfect for work. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Trinco Beach by DSK is perfectly situated right on the beach, offering an ideal setting for a relaxing stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure guests have a great experience. The private beach loungers are a wonderful touch, adding to the comfort and convenience. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with prices that were fair. A special mention goes to Dilan, who did an exceptional job. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and he handled it perfectly, making sure everything was sorted efficiently. Overall, a fantastic stay – I highly recommend Trinco Beach by DSK for anyone visiting Trincomalee!

We were pretty happy all round and don't have any complaints!

The staff were really friendly and helpful! We arrived in the rain and they made sure our Tuk Tuk was parked safely and helped us with our bags! The place was beautiful right on the beach and the food at the restaurant was very nice! We wished we could of stayed longer! Highly recommend, it's only a little bit more a night then the other hotels in the area, but well worth it! Especially in off season!

Great hotel right on the beach, nice big rooms and bathrooms with views of the sea. The restaurant is amazing, really tasty food - delicious seafood, you have to try the spicy buttered calamari and excellent kottu. The staff are super friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay again.

The staff members were amazingly friendly and supportive. The food was great. You've gotta see that beach front on a sunny day morning. Simply breath taking. They have a car park which they lock up too. For a boutique hotel, that's just great.

Being on the third floor was great for the view but a little tiring to repeatedly walk the stairs. But it was probably good for my fitness.

Lovely lobby and restaurant with a direct ocean view and beach access. The decor has an almost Mediterranean holiday feel. The view from our room was special at all times of day, even at night with the lights of the fishing boats on the horizon. Dutch Bay is an idyllic beach for swimming and is also close to the historic Portuguese fort for exploring. Great local meals and very friendly staff.

Amazing location on beautiful Dutch Bay. The rooms and bright and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have seen some comments about the sea view rooms having a roof in the way of the view. Please pay a little more for the superior or deluxe room (higher floor) as the views are great and it is worth the small amount extra. There are not many food places around s the property but that was okay as the chef here is greta and the food has been delicious. I would highly recommend this place.
