Everything was great

Great location, right on the beach. Away from all the crowds, yet easy to reach towns within 15 mins. Nice and friendly hosts. Breakfast and other food is delicious and generous. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

A bit noisy due to the nearby road and railway, and the water system also a bit loud.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it was fantastic to have breakfast outside, right next to the sea. There isn't restaurant or shop in the area. The bus stop is very close, it is easy to get to other cities by bus. The host was very helpful, he solved everything we needed!

If you are not a dog lover, it’s not the best place to stay as they have 4 big (friendly) dogs.

Everything we asked of staff was provided. When the downpour came first night, provided free transport to/from nearby restaurant. Checkout morning helpled get a big comfortable van back to colombo.

Nothing to complain about at all

Fabulous location right on the beach. Great room, with air con and own bathroom with shower. Lovely family who go out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfasts too!

Absolutely nothing.

This property was everything I had hoped for, the location directly on the beach was amazing, we ate breakfast outside by the beach everyday and the food was SO good. Rooms were clean and comfortable and AC worked beautifully. The location was great for lots of things we wanted to do and the family were just the loveliest humans. I only wished we had stayed longer.

Nothing really , for the money you pay you have no right to complain, the family are always there for any advise you might need, there food is fantastic,, bus stop outside , 10 oe 15 mins to hikkadua, going north about the same distance the other way to galle , very nice,

Lovley people, great breakfast everyday , he would ask us thr day before what we wanted along with toast and fruit , we asked for sri lankan omelette every day as they where fantastic, and the pot of tea he served up was even better , we enjoyed the breakfast so much we asked him for dinner , on our 2nd night , that was the best value for money medl we had , we ate here 6 nights out of 7 ,

The beach shelves steeply into the sea and the waves are powerful. It was no problem to bob about in the shallow water but I would be cautious about going over my height. There are no tourist amenities nearby. If you have no transport and you're happy to relax on the practically deserted beach and eat the home cooked meals, this is the place for you.

The guesthouse is on a beautiful unspoilt beach, you can walk directly through the small garden onto the beach and there are sunbeds on a terrace overlooking the beach. We ate 3 evening meals here, all were tasty, homemade and cheap. The family looked after us very well, moving sunbeds, tables and chairs for us to eat and relax wherever we wanted. The room was on the 1st floor, with a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. Lovely comfortable bed, good Aircon, functioning warm shower. When we couldn't get a Pick Me ride, our host immediately arranged a tuktuk for the same price. The dogs are absolutely no trouble and I'm no great dog lover. They are extremely well trained and kept away from us at all times.

Enjoy the wonderful breakfast almost on the beach, get overwhelmed by the sunset from the garden or balcony. This place is the best value for money I ever visited. The hospitality is fantastic, whether you need snorkeling equipment,a yoga mat, dinner or just some advices, the host is there to help you. I felt at home immediately😊accepting a little bit of noise from the main road, you’ll never regret to stay here. Buses running just in front of the house makes it easy to go everywhere. I spend 7 nights there, and hope to be back😎😎🙏🏼. Marianne

Swimming was a bit hazardous. Peraps it was just a little stormy when we visited.

The family were lovely, they were most attentive and kind, They were always here to help when needed. Super views, nice breakfasts. Enormous bathroom.

This place is incredible. It definitely belongs to one of our best accomondations on Sri Lanka. The couple is lovely and supplied us with all our needs. They are very friendly and kind. In front of the beautiful garden is a private beach, which we had for ourselfs.

Nothing, all perfect!

The house is directly at the beach. Just walk out the garden and your toes touch sand 😊 very modern and clean room, with all you need (AC, moskito net, TV, ventilator, wardrobe) and a beautiful, spacious and tidy bathroom. The sea view is gorgeous, the family who runs this accomodation is super friendly, attentive and helpful. We stayed a few nights and the breakfasts were amazing (from international to local food - you could make a pick). If you need help, they will help you right away. For example: We had problems with our TukTuk we rented in Negombo and they arranged a guy to take a look at it. Amazing!
