A Guest House by the sea. Perfect for days in total relax. Convenient for excursions to nearby islands. The host, an exceptional person, is very knowledgeable and well connected in the local network. He knows great places to book cheap excursions and has tuk tuks available at all times. An excellent chef, he prepares exceptional fish dishes, crabs, lobsters, prawns at really cheap prices. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect.

The best place we stayed during our entire trip. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Everything they've listed are available in the rooms. The owners were extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. The food portions were huge and delicious. They've ensured good security 24 hours so we didn't have to bother about leaving our car and valuables in the property. All the attractions were easily accessible from this place. The beach is right beside to enjoy the views and have quality time. Overall, it is the best place to stay if you go to Trincomalee area.

Well, we did not like the fact that the beach is dirty, but that is out of hand of the hotel. The hotel does keep its own premises very clean and tidy. It's such a shame to see that beautiful coast, nature, and being polluted by plastic and other garbage. :-(

Owner and his family are just adorable family, hospitable, genuinely interested in their guests and their needs! The owner, who is the chef of the embedded small restaurant, prepared for us three meals of a barracuda I've caught. It was the most scrumptious barracuda we've ever eaten in our lives! Sri Lankan breakfast was great, too! Even if it is a small hotel, there was someone their to take care of guests 24/7. We had a couple of very nice conversation and discussions with the owner! Beach is very near! You can see fishermen nets pulled out a couple of times a day. A couple of small shops and a barber are only some 150 - 200 m away, bigger shops and a number of stalls only some 10 minutes walk away.

A lovely family run hotel right next to the beach. Clean comfortable rooms with an amazing Sri lankan breakfast available every morning. Staff organised a scooter and laundry for us ,as well as transport on the day we left. Would recommend 👌

The accommodation was fabulous. Very clean, with a mini fridge. Clean towel or beach towel. The owner is very nice, we talked a lot. Delicious food and refreshing juices. The ocean is a 2-minute walk away, and the blue sky can be seen from the accommodation. We loved it!

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable family room just a few meters from the beach. We had lunch and breakfast there and the food was delicious. The owner is very friendly and organised a whales/dolphins watching and snorkelling boat trip for us. We didn't see whales as it wasn't the season, but lots of dolphins, it was well worth it. The snorkelling spot was excellent, with crystal clear water and lots to see . Highly recommended!

The only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t stay longer.

What’s not to love about this hotel? Our stay was perfect, and it was so hard to leave! The room was simple but spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The internet was fast and stable, allowing us to work and join Zoom meetings without any issues. There was hot water, and the location was just a tuktuk ride away from all the major sites in Trincomalee and a very short walk to the beach. The best part of our stay was our host, Praba, and his staff! They were all very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The second best part was Praba's cooking! The food was so good, much better quality than the beachfront restaurants, and reasonably priced too. The servings were huge, and everything was fresh and lovingly made! 100/10 would recommend to stay and eat most of your meals here.

You don't have a lot of food options nearby.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was strong, it was so close to the beach. The owners were so nice and had the ins on all the good tours with the best prices. We had the best experiences with the best tour companies that we would not have found without the hotel. Especially for the dolphins. The food was really good and the owners really made the stay. Being so close to the beach was great.
