C1 is well located, within a short walking distance to the Galle Face, Pettah markets and other tourist sites, as well as bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants etc. on the doorstep. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and the reception area has a really nice vibe. The room was absolutely fine for our needs, and we were so grateful for duvets!

My flight was late and I arrived in Colombo at 5 AM (instead of midnight) and they were super kind and I could do the checkin at 6 AM and the postpone the checkout of more than one hour so I could sleep more. Amazing service!

The female toilet was not clean at all, smelling and plenty of empty shampoo jars. I was surprised because the room and other areas were clean.

It was my first day in Sri Lanka and their welcoming was just what I needed. The staff it's super friendly and helpful. The common area it's amazing, as well as the rooftop. The location it's perfect, near the bus and train station, in the corner there's a supermarket and places to eat.

Bathrooms were small

Place is very clean. Location is very near the Fort train station and is in the heart of the Colombo. You can visit nearby Ceylon Spa and pub area named Dutch hospital. All are in walking distance.

The best place in colombo. Friendly and very supportive staff with smiling faces. Neat and clean. I stayed for 1 night in a 4 bed room but very comfortable and had plenty cup of tea 😅. Only request that please check-in time should be flexible. Recommended to stay ❤️ #UmiiVlogs (my YouTube channel)

We settled a private airport pick-up for 25$, but nobody came to pick me up. I was waiting for one hour and than left by myself, what I don't regret a bit. Take a tuk-tuk from infront of airport exit and let it take you to Katunayake bus stand for Colombo Fort with bus 187.

The location is perfect. Close to Galle Face, Lotus Tower and the pretah market. Amazing staff.

Cleanliness and hygiene. The towels had yellow-brownish stains. I also had my own laundry done through their laundry service and several items came back dirtier than before, including similar yellow and brown stains as the towels had. The toilet paper holder was rusty and the rust rubbed off on the toilet paper. The backup roll was blue from some kind of washing detergent.

Location was great, bed was very comfy. Taxi service to the airport. AC worked well, hot running water was available.

There was no hot water and no hooks in the showers to hang your stuff.

All of the staff members were helpful and super friendly from arrival to departure. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wifi works well in the lobby, where there are very comfortable sitting corners. It’s close to food restaurants and walking distance from the train station.
