No direct access to beach. Need more variety for buffet breakfast. Al carte menu items are reasonably priced however the final price is much more with taxes added. At times automated power panels in the room is very confusing.

Free upgrade to Junior Suite with private Jacuzzi. Nice, spacious and clean room with good room facilities. Jacuzzi is very inviting to relax. Leafy surroundings and lake view. Very friendly staff. Al carte breakfast menu had varieties for a Western & SriLankan menu. Good location with eating places nearby.

What a lovely place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly, they will do everything to make sure you have a good time in their resort. The pool is great with a view of the sunset over the lagoon. We've got a free upgrade to a huge room with hottub because it wasn't bussy in the Resort. We definitely recommend this place.

Lovely setting, great spacious room with amazing lagoon view, exceptionally helpful staff at reception, the restaurant and housekeeping- couldn’t fault their responsiveness. Food in the restaurant was very good, we ate from the a la carte menu - my partner had the Sri Lankan fish curry with assorted accompaniments - it was a feast!

The pool was drained for repairs on our first evening there but they made an arrangement with Trino Blu next door.

We were very fortunate in getting a free upgrade to a lovely suite as we were there out of season. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant was really good and there's a lovely outdoor pool.

Minor issues only: Glass Window over door in bedroom letting in light at night, didn't restock tea and coffee for 2nd night.

Loved everything about this resort. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds with you everything you need on holiday supplied. Staff extremely attentive, warm and friendly. No one wandering around on phones here. Food for all meals delicious with good variety. Pool and jacuzzi beautiful and clean. Lovely surrounds. Can't praise highly enough.

There were some communication problems about a special seafood meal which we ordered but which was not initially provided. Management took this seriously and made sure that the issue was rectified a couple of nights later.

The pool and resort facilities were very good. Our room (suite) was huge and very comfortable. It was a close walk to the beach. We were happy and relaxed here and extended our stay by 2 nights.

Nothing…also may I add don’t be put off that it’s not on the ocean side because it’s little inlet from the ocean curves around the hotel so the views from the rooms and the stunning pool area are probably better than looking out to sea.

It’s tranquility, it’s luxury, it’s staff, don’t have enough words for how much we loved this place but it was heaven. The view from our room was stunning, coconut forest with abundance of wildlife and eagles soaring above. The room itself was excellent. The food in the restaurant was class and I can’t thank the staff enough they all made our stay memorable.

Great setting with beautiful rooms in a beautiful tropical garden. The staff goes to incredible lengths to make you feel at home. We got an upgrade for a small additional charge, the room with jacuzzi is very spacious and comfortable. With a beautiful view of the beautiful pool, the tropical garden and the river. The beautiful pool bar and the fantastic restaurant make the stay complete. After a biting incident with a monkey, we received maximum support from the staff who always advised us. They even went with us to the hospital and pharmacy, everyone showed a lot of interest and offered care and help. To ease the pain, we were pampered and spoiled extra. Unbelievable and never experienced before. We already thought it was a great place with very nice and service-oriented staff, but because of the way they supported us, they deserve a big 10+. Thanks again to the management and the entire team.

First the staff is very friendly and the support given by the staff is superb. Specially Mayuran and Privin did good job. They were very supportive for us. The environment is very beautiful . Rooms are very clean and they were so good in condition . Food and beverages are also very delicious

The hotel was lovely . It was quiet whilst we stayed here which suited us , the room we had was delightful (upgrade given) . The view over the lagoon was amazing . We sat outside for breakfast over looking the lagoon a very special view.

There is no direct beach access but there is a good beach just 5 minutes away. A direct beach access would have been like the utlimate cherry on top.

Nice, Spacious and comfortable room. Good restaurant for dining. The staff was very helpful and provided with all necessary details for nearby tourist activities, helped with first aid kit when I got injured,etc. The hotel also has tie-ups with local tour guides and provide tour options at considerable rates and their tour guides are top quality and speak good English. Had a lot of fun thanks to Amaranthe.
