The staff was so wonderful, very friendly and happy to take care of my every need! The location was great, only 10 minutes from Lake Kandy with beautiful views, porches all over and the price was really affordable 👌 The shower was a bit finicky but overall everything was good and clean!

the access is a bit steep. however managable.

good location clean rooms. quiet atmosphere. would like to stay in the location again on a more relaxed visit. did not have breakfast as we had to leave early for a conference. the driver was provided accommodation and he was comfortable for the night.

Air conditioning while cold, could only adjust the temperature but not the fan so the unit was noisy and blowing onto us the entire night. Bed was hard. Seating area in room but unusable if you want to open doors onto balcony because the extra bed was in the way. Get rid of the extra bed! View was nothing to rave about even though we were up high. Booking.com sent an email stating that if we want a room with private bathroom, to upgrade but it turned out all rooms have private bathroom……it just doesn’t state so in the room information. So we paid an extra Au$15 to upgrade for no reason. The hotel staff blamed the marketing team.

Beautiful open planned foyer. Huge room with an extra bed. Hot showers in a well appointed bathroom. Hotel position is fairly close to city but there were plenty of mid range restaurants nearby to save driving to town for dinner.

Food is not that much impressive. But good service. Manageable.

Friendly small stuff. Look after guests like family. Safe place to spend few days in Kandy. Really good wifi connection. Closer to city and walking distance to many more restaurants. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is a bit strange, maybe it's mostly for local people. I would suggest hanging watermelon juice to orange and maybe offer more healthy dishes.

Very nice hotel, cosy and with amazing view 😍 the staff were very nice and attentive, served us delicious dinner with chicken and vegetables. The room was clean, quiet, comfy bed and shower.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really exceptional service. Even had to phone us twice after we left some important documents in our rooms and were still smiling when we picked them up. Rooms are also very comfortable and the showers were great!

The breakfast was okay for the price but we definitely had better breakfast during our 3 weeks traveling the country. Be aware that the hotel is on a hill and a short drive from the center of Kandy.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Nice view from the hotel overlooking the nature. We only stayed for one night.

Unfortunately the room was over the kitchen - so we heard the meal preparation pretty loud in our room. Also it smelled a Bit after food in the bathroom.

Nice View over Kandy. Furniture were in a good condition. Staff was really nice.
