The hotel is in a steep driveway and not so easy to climb. Also, we were informed that the staff from the restaurant were not working that day and nothing was available. Nearby restaurants were not so close to the hotel.

Liked the proximity to the lake and city centre. Also very close to the shopping district. View from the window, and the balcony was fantastic.

The place is not clean. Most of the time we did not have hot water in the shower, constant noise came from the kitchen which was below our room and there was no sitting area on the balcony.

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was spacious and bright with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast!

The road leading to the hotel is very steep at the end. Also, there should be an exhaust in the washroom instead of an open window.

The location as it’s away from the town, and offered a magnificent view of Kandy. Town was walking distance, and the hotel offered adviced on get transportation to its location. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower’s water pressure with hot water. An outdoor balcony that had a magnificent view of the sunrise.

This one is far from city centre in the mountain steep but in booking.com showing as in city centre, it's difficult to get transportation. Dinner provided is not the worth for what they charge

The staff were very helpful and the room was nice with a view of Kandy far away from the hill. The room was comfortable and clean. We were also allowed to checkout a couple of hours late.

They don't have a good vehicle park.

We had a good time. Everything was good and specifically the staff was good. The water was under high pressure. Only the bad experience was there was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning .

There was not bath towel in the room when I entered. I asked and it took around 30 mins to receive as they said the clearning was delayed. Breafast did not have breads so I asked again and they prepared. All things sorted out after I asked for, so it's okey but these are something expected to be prepared.

Nice welcoming staff and he prepared welcoming juice for all my friends who just dropped me at this hotel. The room is well maintained, clean, and with nice balcony looking the town.

the floors were crazy slippery and someone is gonna slip over and hurt themselves one day

the location, Nuwan the manager & the Concierge person as people in the property & the way they welcomed us speaks a lot about the hospitality. Nuwan was able to find a nice eatery for us & text me to get my family going out for lunch. There were loads of baggages & the way they managed it truly deserves a big Thank You to them. Would strongly recommend this place.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, and the stairs were a little bit sloped. If you are staying on the upper floors and disabled, you need to consider the point.

The location is perfect, a quiet place to stay, the rooms have a balcony that has anazing viewvat evening and early morning. The staff and manager were very helpful and tried their best to provide all the help they could.

Outside noise coming through bathroom window. Also there was a cockroach in our room - but believe insects is a common problem in Asia region, so we did not complain about it.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view from the room. Helped with the laundry washing very quickly. Not far from the centre, ~10 min walk.

A bit remote location so you need to rely on not so cheap tuk tuk to move around. Also the tuk tuk driver kind of started following me the second day.

Water in the shower is warm only for short period, then it starts to be very hot! A/c is noisy on any speed. Location is tricky to find - half of taxi drivers missed that climb up. Wifi on the slow side

Quiet location with a nice view (also there is viewpoint nearby as it’s situated on the hill). Room is spacious and with high ceilings.
