We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaNOT MANY TV CHANNEL OPTIONS, AND MY BATH AREAS WATER WAS GETTING CLOGGED, THE CLEANING CREW NEEDS TO CHECK THAT AS WELL WHILE CLEANING THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER.
IT WAS WORK ORIENTED, THEREFORE I DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR POOL OR BREAKFAST, BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, QUIET AND PEACEFUL AND ENJOYED THE STAY AND FOR SURE WILL COME BACK AND RECOMMEND FOR OTHERS

Stuff like that’s should never happen at a hotel of this level The ridiculously high service fee, vat, and city tax (25% of the total price) should be taken into consideration
