GermanyLocation is perfect, bus stop in front of the hostel. Hot water, tea and a water dispenser on the really nice terrace for free. We used that and enjoyed the community area a lot. We had an issue with our booking (not the hostels fault) and the owner found a perfect solution. Still greatful for that and so we had 2 good nights there. You can hear the street at night, but staying in a hostel means anyway having earplugs in your luggage.

IndiaLocating Clock Inn Colombo may be a little difficult for first-timers because although the outside of the building does display the name, the entrance is through a small door with no signage! One negative point in the rooms is that the toiletries provided are in glass bottles. One has to be cautious when handling them with wet hands, lest they slip down and break! A small improvement that would add to the guests' convenience will be the addition of a small shelf within the shower cubicle for placing the shampoo and body wash bottles. Guests should be aware that as the property is on the first, second and third floors, and accessible only by stairs, it may not be suitable for guests with certain disabilities.
Clock Inn Colombo is a 2-star hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Situated close to the Galle waterfront, this budget accommodation is ideal for those who want to visit Colombo without breaking the bank. The rooms in the property are affordable yet comfortable. Although the rooms are not too big, there is enough space to keep your stuff. The rooms come with a TV, air conditioning and a small wardrobe. The breakfast is quite basic but palatable. Ruwan, the floor manager, is a cheerful and helpful chap. He tries to comply with the guests' requests to the best of his ability.
