Location was good with only short 15-20 mins tuktuk to hikkaduwa and Galle, but not to do around the hotel without taking a tuk tuk.

The staff were excellent and really made our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the plunge pool was a great feature. Lovely sunsets from the rooftop/balconies over the beach. The breakfast had a good selection and lots of fresh fruit, the restaurant for lunch and dinner had a menu which was delicious and a good variety.

High-end luxury apartments. I absolutely loved the apartment. It was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the beach (beach front). Beach is almost private (I walked 1.5km and only saw 4 people). The private plunge pool and Alexa are added bonuses. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and professional. We really enjoyed our 2-day stay, and it was definitely a lovely way to end the holiday. The beds were comfortable, all en-suite bathrooms, comfortable living room, the view was second to none, the apartment was stunning, and the location was perfect for us (not too far a drive to busy Hikkaduwa, but the location of the apartment was quieter and just perfect). I would definitely come back here and highly recommend it.

Halfway between Galle and Hikkaduwa, there’s not much within walking distance to see/do… but a 6km tuktuk drive in either direction will resolve that.

The apartment is beautifully designed, well-maintained by very efficient staff, and with great beach/sea views. Breakfast buffet was of very good quality, as was the restaurant generally. Staff were very efficient and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited. For me personally was fine because I usually end up having eggs(any form) fruits and coffee. But in case you have some other tastes, specially indian people, you may not be very satisfied.

This property is amazing. It is right on the beach of rangtha, pretty much a private beach with only people having the charm of sea are the hotel guests mostly. This part of the beach is also super clean. The property is at almost equal distances to galle and hikkaduwa beach, so getting to these places is not a pain, specially with tuktuk’s running in abundance. We stayed at the sky villa’s. And the view is amazing. It is a 2 room villa with a small kitchnet, a balcony and a plunge pool. The room itself is super clean and well maintained with all the amenities. Ones missing are available on call. It has a washing machine, a stove to cook and a fridge and freezer. The pool has a jacuzi and a light for your use in the evening. There is a gym with a cross trainer and weights, basic but effective. There’s a infinity pool on the top floor of this property which also houses a bar and their restaurant temptest. The view from the pool specially during sunset is just out of the world. The staff is courteous and helpful. You can also order from their ird while on the beach.

Can’t fault it. Plunge pool is only cool water currently but honestly that’s a plus because it’s warm outside and we sit on the edge with our feet dipped inside and chat. Nitpicking - the sand outside has small shells everywhere so it’s not ideal to walk on barefoot/play sports etc but we did it anyway. So the sand isn’t the softest but can be easily overlooked. Waves can be loud if you’re not used to it but we live in a big noisy city & right on the water so wasn’t an issue for us.

Incredible views (cannot be understated), superb staff - desk/rooms/beach, spacious apartment - upgraded to presidential; if you can stay in that room it’s worth every penny, relatively private beach with proximity to tourist areas. Slept REALLY well. Breakfast was good.

Restaurant. The prices you see are not final, you still need to add on taxes and surcharges etc so ends up being so much more then you think & you don’t find out till you get the bill. That left a sour taste in our mouth.

The bedroom wasn’t very well insulated due to this it wasn’t very quiet at night due to the waves. It’s a luxury problem to have.

No hot water in the jacuzzi

Everything was perfect. The sky villas are tastefully done up. The views are stunning. The staff is courteous and efficient. The food is outstanding. The beach is pristine and private. The facilities like volleyball and cricket for kids was fun. The infinity pool on the roof is gorgeous. The jacuzzis on the deck are brilliant.
