Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaI booked this hotel through Booking.com and went with my family. The room seemed clean and spacious. However, I soon noticed that the door lock wasn't functioning. I spoke with the front office, and they sent a maintenance person with some tools. He tinkered with a metal part on the door frame and assured me the lock was now functional. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working at 10 pm due to the main breaker tripping. The hotel uses the same electrical circuit for both the AC and hot water, which caused the malfunction. There was also no Wi-Fi available. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others
