Lovely little B&B. Perfect for a night in Negombo with the beach only a short walk away and lots of restaurants nearby. It was great value for money and the room was clean and comfortable. The airport was only 20 minutes away.

Our room door and window were just by the reception so impossible to leave the curtain open, I would recommend booking one of the upper rooms giving on the large terrasse

Only thing is a male reception member tried to scam us, we stayed a night on a layover and had gotten a tuk tok from the airport for 1000 rupees, tried to arrange him to take us the next day for 2000 rupees when we said no he said there was a festival on and no other drivers would be available. We got a tuk tuk absolutely fine the next morning for 1000 rupees using Pick Me. This was the only time someone tried to con us in Sri Lanka in the last night if our stay and left a very bad taste and made us uncomfortable, it would’ve been a great review otherwise.

The property was clean and great for our first night in Sri Lanka. Thank you to the staff / owners for making us welcome. Breakfast was terrific thank you. The property kindly arranged a Tuc Tuc to the train station for us @500 rupees which was great for us to catch a train toward Kalpitya. They also arranged a taxi pick up from Colombo airport at $17. We should have paid the accommodation directly but paid the taxi driver in error. This was all sorted out with no problem. Thank you for that. We would certainly recommend a stay. Some good places to eat around the corner and the beach is a short walk away. We will look at coming back next time we are in Colombo. Thank you

As Sri Lanka has increased humidity most of the accommodation smells and have mould in the bathroom and walls and this one had as well some.

The convenient location near beach and 25-30min tuktuk drive from the airport. Clean and with all we needed. Just stayed 1 night.

The Wifi was patchy, and the blinds did not close properly, which meant we were woken up earlier than we wanted by the sun. The room was also a little dark and cramped. I wouldn't want to stay for more than one night. The breakfast was also great.

The room was pretty basic, but it was clean and served the purpose. The staff was very helpful, and the beach was easily walkable. I can't say it was the best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka, but we wanted someplace close to the airport and near the beach, and it ticked both boxes.

They must have a cockroach problem.. I saw other reviews mentioning it but we hadn’t seen a roach in the whole 3-weeks we were in Sri Lanka so thought it could have just been bad luck…. But no, soon as we woke up we saw a pretty huge one crawling over our bags. Quite unpleasant.

The room was actually really nice and clean. Location is great, close to restaurants and bars. They arranged our very early morning tuk tuk transfer to the airport and the host was nice. You can pay with card with an extra 3% charge (common to most hotels).

The room was quite dark and the fridge didn't work.

It is situated in a good area with excellent restaurants and near the sea. We had a nice and tidy room. The host was flexible with our check-in, we arrived much earlier than we thought we would, could leave our big bags in their office until we did a little walk in the neighbourhood.

The room, bathroom and bed are nice. If that's all you need, this is a good place to stay. The staff is friendly once available. There don't seem to be any facilities other than the rooms, such as a front desk or restaurant.
