Gutted I only booked 2 nights and couldn't stay longer 😪

It was away from the road so very little traffic noise. I needed to escape the tourists so this place was delightful! There was a small, ground floor balcony where I sat and wrote, soaking in the sights and sounds of the jungle. I saw a range of birds, monkey, giant squirrels. At night, the fireflies were mesmerising with the stars twinkling through the canopy and the flashes of distant lightening. Comfy beds, kettle, fridge to use, too.

The bathroom blind was slightly broken, giving not much of privacy. Its deep in the inner roads. This would not be suitable for someone with Primio like cars.

The room satisfied our needs. It's super close to the center (7 min walk). The host was also very helpful.

Friendly host, spacious rooms with terrace and beautiful mountain view. It's a bit further from the main street but in walking distance and quiet.

Hygiene was poor, washing room and sleeping bed weren't fresh enough. Good for one day stay, for more it's uncomfortable.

Clean room with big bathroom, what’s more - with personal fridge in the room. Our host was super kind and helpful, we had great breakfast. Fabulous stay in Ella! and we can see nice view of Ella Rock

We loved this accommodation, our best stay in Sri Lanka so far. The view was amazing from our terrace, the beds were super comfy and the hosts were great! It's a bit out from the main street so it wasn't noisy at all, but there were restaurants nearby. We would warmly recommend this place to stay in Ella!

The place was very clean and there was hot water. Location was close to the center yet surrounded by nature. The hosts were very kind.

One small thing, but little annoying - the contact to turn off/on the light to the room was on the other side of the room than the exit doors, so you had to walk in darkness a bit. But it is just a small detail.

The view from the room and our terrace was amazing. We could look at the mountains through the green jungle with ceylon squirrels jumping betweeen the palm trees. The room was nicley furnished and the bathroom was big. The owner speaks good english, so it's easy to communicate.

There was an intense sense of mustiness. There was some equipment as kettle and microwave, but there was problem with electrical connection. The worst, when we used hot water, electricity surged through. We felt non secure...

Bedding was dirty and bathroom wasn't clean either. Very thin towels with marks on them.

Host could have directed us the route to the stay more clearly. Host could have been more friendly,he seems to be so reserved.

Rooms were apt for family of 4. Host fulfilled all the basic needs of a room. Location was silent ,spacious and near to the center of city. Breakfast provided was goood .He provided string hoppers,egg curry,dhaal and banana.
