Breakfast was slow to be served and items didn't arrive in a sensible order. The bathroom felt a little tired.

Nothing to complain about, only thing you should be aware is that you can sometimes hear the traffic from the street in the room. But there’s not that much traffic, so it’s not a problem.

The entrance and dinner/breakfast area is nicely styled and open to the outside. The rooms are very clean, properly designed and stylish. Everything functions well and you can look over the pool into the green. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They organised a scooter for us to rent on the first day, a safari driver on the second day and a driver to get to our next destination. All in all we felt very comfortable and taken care of.

The place is amazing - but there’s no insulation on the top floors and the air conditioning has to work hard to jeep it cool (it did ) but felt bad for blasting the ac the whole time

The staff were the best and most helpful so far. They sorted everything for us , we stayed a few nights and I was sick one of the days (always happens at some stage ..) and the staff did everything to help keep me comfortable & on the mend . It helped for sure ! Thanks team !

The bathrooms didn't have much ventilation, cable TV was not working, WiFi was poor and the staff would get distracted when larger crowds were present and forgot to make our food (twice)!!!

The lunch and dinner food we ordered was great (when it came) and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms, decent pool, very good value for money and only 20min to sigiriya via a quieter back road.

The host Roshan was so accommodating and helped us in so many ways! Such as keeping our bags before check in and helping us out on how to get through Anuradhapura. We stayed here and rented a scooter so we did Anuradhapura one day and sigiriya next morning. Overall really enjoyed this stay everything was very clean and the breakfast was really good! Different from other hotels.

The pool wasn't clean, and the frogs had made it their home, so we left them to it and relaxed by it instead. Also, don't leave anything on the balcony, the monkeys are quite lively in the morning as tried to get in the room too!

A comfortable stay with a good dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and there were areas for relaxing around the property.

Exceptional! From the first moment I laid my eyes on this beautiful building to the last moment when the incredibly accommodating and friendly owner saw me off. Absolutely fantastic place! Love the architecture. Chill vibes, great food and the friendliest staff. The pool is a great place too cool off after a long hot day of exploring. Rooms are big and sleeping on a king size bed. This is what I call vacation. Id highly recommend this place to anyone thats staying in Habrabana.

We have had mouses in the bathroom and they have made a huge mess. The local host was helping as much as he can buth the next day there where still mouses in the bathroom. We have got an other room and they said they will do everything they can after we leave to get rid of the mouses.

The service of the manager/ host was very good. He helped us with everything he could do. The food was amazing and the pool is a nice cooling down after adventures in the places nearby.

The host/manager was absolutely awesome! He welcomed us after a long journey with something to drink and a snack. He also organised our excursions and transport during our stay. The hotel was amazing, completely exceeding my expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and a beautiful pool area to enjoy the hot afternoons. I couldn't fault the stay!
