Sri LankaFound lot of mosquitoes in the room. Staff did not welcome well in the morning breakfast. Feel like they only serve to some targeted visitors and not all people. Airport pick up is great and driver is very helpful. Even it is expensive , he has a good service.

AustraliaThe decor is looking a little tired, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, hotel guests reserve the chairs around the pool, while they go off and do other things. This is annoying as it prevents other people from relaxing around the pool.
Great location, close to the airport and other resorts for dining. We left our new iPad in the safe and the staff kept it for us to collect on our return at the end of our holiday. Very honest.

NetherlandsThe sound proofing in the room is not great. We found mold in our room, we asked to change rooms and then everything was fine.
The hotel is in a good location and the room are spacious. We had a beautiful view over the Indian Ocean from our room. The pool was often not too crowded and there is always someone there for assistance.

AustraliaThe rooms are looking a bit outdated. Air con temp was unable to be changed and was running at 16 degrees. We were cold during the night. As we arrived early we just wanted to get some sleep and didn't raise this with the night staff.
We arrived just after midnight and was welcomed by the night staff. Our check in was quick and we were in bed resting for the day ahead. The breakfast buffet exceeded what I imagined and was fresh and with plenty of choices.

QatarStaff took a lot of prompts to be helpful. I requested an airport transfer and the gentleman replied that the vehicle was booked (fair enough). I had to ask him if alternate timings were available and it took an hour to confirm. Also price to airport was extortionate - for reference it cost more for a 25 minute journey than it did to hire a driver for 8 hours in Colombo
Solid hotel, ideal for the airport if you have an early or late flight. Decent facilities and some nice restaurants nearby

United Arab EmiratesThe only things I didn't like and I've mentioned it before is the pool surround tiles are not a good quality of an anti-slip tile. the other thing is you can never get a member of staff to stay by or in the pool swim up bar I found myself as others did looking and fetching someone to serve and that was a daily event!

United KingdomThe initial room we had booked was very hot (30 degrees) and had small insects crawling all over the counter. However after complaining, we eventually got upgraded to a better room which was nice of the staff. Bit the best pool area - the property on the whole looks a bit tired.
