It’s a lovely hotel and for one night it was great but not a place for an authentic experience. Pool area lovely, room beautiful with a great view. Staff amazing super helpful . QatarThough it’s at the beach, there is a fence between the hotel and the beach. The beach is public. No chairs or parasols there. Also, the huge problem for us was lack of sun loungers. Plenty of parasols and amazing grass and deck area around the pool, but no patio furniture. After long days sightseeing it was a huge disappointment not to be able to get a sun bed.
The staff were superb. Location overlooking the sea was amazing. Food freshly prepared and delicious. Fabulous, clean large pool and lovely gym.

Easy to walk into town for dinner. The staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend and would consider 2 nights to properly get over the jet lag!

The staff went above and beyond to help us and nothing seemed like too much trouble, every member of staff we met was lovely. We both got sick the night we arrived (not from the hotel, from a restaurant we had been to earlier in the day), meaning we didn’t get to enjoy the pool facilities but it all looked beautiful from our room. We were given late check out and then the staff booked us into the spa so we could rest up there until our driver collected us. The spa facilities were wonderful and very good value. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get to try the breakfast but we have both said we will go back again!

Beautiful looking hotel, close to the main area of Negombo. Friendly,helpful staff who allowed us to check-in super early. We had a great room overlooking the pool and beach.
