NorwayQuality of in-room dining food was disappointing. The buffet was ok. We had to call several times before the plates were cleared after in-room dining. On one occasion, the plates were not cleared until the next day. Only 2 lifts for the whole building, so be prepared to spend some time waiting for these. We were three families travelling together which were placed in 3 different floors. This would have been ok, if it was not for the fact that you have to use the room card to operate the lift, an can therefore only access your own floor.
Location was good. Pool area was nice. Exercise equipment was really good, although a bit cramped. Tennis court looked to be in really good condition. Rooms were massive, and perfect for families.

United KingdomService at the pool was pretty sparse, needed to chase down waiters. The kitchen in the apartment suite lacked a few basics like a toaster and microwave. Bathrooms are small. Would be good to have some basic consumables like cooking oil and clothes wash powder
Excellent location, we walked to a few places for meals and tuk tuks other times. Great to have a kitchen but it was very sparsely kitted out so we could do just basic brekky. Bathrooms are tiny considering how big the apartment suites with a huge lounge area. The pool and gym are excellent. We ate one morning at hotel breakfast and while not cheap it is a really excellent breakfast buffet.

United KingdomThere was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, which made the whole room smell bad. The space around the kettle had not been cleaned properly before arrival. There had not been communication with staff as someone came into the room when I had checked in. Not enough signage around the hotel as to where to go. Nothing in the room or on check in explaining the facilities in the room or hotel.

United KingdomThe bathroom had a weird smell. Windows panes in the bathroom were sort of rusty and fillings had. Even used in various areas in the bathroom which didn’t look professionally done. Telephone in the room looked faded and the old.
Clean, well maintained public areas. The suite that was allocated to us (1602) was spacious, airy and well lit. Furnishings were of good standard. Staff were amazing and super helpful.

AustraliaRooftop pool area was wonderful, with a kids playground, however the area is closed when raining, which happened to us when we were waiting around for our midnight flight. Bit annoying as that was our plan to keep the kids entertained!
The property was amazing, we had a beautiful and huge 3 bedroom suite which was bigger than the apartment we had just been staying in for the past 3 weeks! Kitchen was a little dated but we were only staying for one night so didn’t really need to spend much time cooking. Rooftop pool area was wonderful with lots of loungers. The hotel has a supermarket next door but is also also a short walk away to a mall and other restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful, all in all we had a great stay here.
