Heidi is very kind and her home is amazing. You feel like Alice in Wonderland with all the flowers. I was a little concerned that it would be too much, but felt very comfortable and calm in her home, Heidi gave us a lot of advice for the hike and is such a warm person. The home is also on walking distance of the lake, but quite far from the shops and restaurants (but enough tuktuks to get you there 😁)

A truly unique experience. Heidi’s home is covered floor to ceiling with beautiful artwork, hand painted by her. She is an extremely kind and welcoming host. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and she came to our room with a cake singing happy birthday, which nearly brought a tear to my eye. The furniture is stylish and the beds are very comfortable. We had such a lovely time staying and wish we could have stayed longer

Very welcoming host. It is both Heidi's Home and Serendipity Lake Artistic Bungalow. Heidi has transformed this former family home into a work of art. Every surface has been creatively decorated in her own unique style, making it into a tranquil haven. Located overlooking the end of the lake, about an hour walk into the town centre alongside the lake, or an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride (c600/800lkr). The rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Heidi and her family are very kind, welcoming and helpful. She prepares delicious exclusively vegetarian breakfasts (also packed breakfasts) and dinners. This worked amazingly for us as a couple and we aren't both vegetarians. Offered lots of local knowledge about attractions in the area. One of the most uniquely decorated places we've stayed. Had so much character and the lake view is amazing if you take the suite. Location worked for us being out of the very town centre as it was quiet and we had good access to countryside.

The decor was phenomenal Hand painted by Heidi and what an achievement. Gorgeous breakfast and has a family we were really looked after thankyou Heidi so so much xxx

There is a separate water heater for the shower, but no hot water in the sink. The neighbours were playing some loud music, but stopped by 22:00.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was so beautifully decorated and very spacious. The host was very welcoming and gave us really helpful tips about the area. Breakfast was also delicious.

Incredible decoration and really friendly family that run it. The most beautiful setting by Lake Gregory and a lovely walk along it into the town. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our room was huge and a really relaxing space.
