This hotel is really Beautiful with large very nice rooms and a great swimming pool. It is in a great location in Negombo, only a short walk from Main Street. Staff are excellent, even organised airport transfers and taxis which made to next location.

Nothing - all very well run and organised. Exactly as described.

We used this as a transit stop for a very early morning departure flight. The hotel is outstanding and in a quiet area, but a few minutes walk from some great restuarants. Staff were very helpful and organised out 1am taxi, and were up and about on reception when we left. Room huge, proper mini-bar was a nice touch. Bathroom was great.

It was worth the money we spent. The only problem was that when we arrived the pool was murky maybe due to putting chlorine so we didn't use it. Another issue was the hot water pressure. It was on the low side. Otherwise it met expectations

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast options, no sri lankan style breakfast but something and a chicken curry.. not good for me as I'm a vegetarian. Luckily there were lots of options on the main road. If they had better options including vegetarian that would be a good thing!

The location was great, shops and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. I particularly liked the bathroom with the private outdoor shower! Safe, fridge with mini bar (chargeable)and water were in the room and some toiletries in the bathroom. To be expected.

Lovely Hotel. Good spot to start or to end the Sri Lanka trip. Very helpful stuff. Good restaurants close by. 5min walk to the beach. 30min walk to Negombo City, 10min by TukTuk. AC, Shower, Fridge etc. works well. Big rooms, good beds. Pool is clean. Airport pickup available (30min). First two nights felt bit overpriced but still good. Mosquito repellent helpful.

The room was gorgeous. Very spacious and well decorated. It was extremely clean and the bathroom was perfect. The shower was very hot which was hard to find on our trip to Sri Lanka. Location was a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants. The pool was great! Staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike although I have one big problem and that is the charge to check in early by one hour I’ve never experienced this before in all of my travelling quite clearly the room was ready so the charge left a bad taste in my mouth and for that reason as it may sound trivial I wouldn’t stay there again

It is possible to have dinner at this accommodation, however it can take quite a time! If you want dinner, let them know in advance.

Very nice place to start or end your holiday in Sri Lanka! The pool is great and the rooms very comfortable. We travelled with a baby and a very nice baby cot was provided.

A small complex with well-appointed, spacious rooms with beautiful indoor-outdoor bathrooms. Delightful & helpful staff. Tremendous food with great portion sizes which could be served to your balcony. A five minute walk to a sandy beach. Convenient to Colombo Airport (20min drive).

Beautiful rooms, plenty of sitting areas inside and out. The staff were very helpful arranging a taxi to the airport and helping with our bags. The pool was lovely even though we didn't get time to use it. The breakfast was lovely . The hotel is only a short walk from the main street and is in a nice area. We would definitely recommend staying here.
