The air-conditioning in our room was noisy I didn't sleep to well. Location just outside kandy, nice garden, quit area. Our room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom and shower were really good. The host left for vacation without saying goodbye.

Staff are super kind and helpful giving you lots of recommendations during my stay, they even offer you a Tuk Tuk tour - very good! Breakfast was nice too.

Kandy Tree Tops is in a great location for exploring Kandy, short tuk tuk ride from centre. Rooms are very spacious and high quality with great views. The grounds are beautiful.

Very clean, caring owners and the location is slightly outside of the city bustle with very pretty views. Location is excellent if you plan to travel further to Nuwara Elia and visit the Royal Botanical Gardens on the way.

Upul, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The welcoming was great, he gave us an overview what we can do and helped us organizing things for example a tuk tuk. The property is great because it is an oasis of peace and nature in the loud city of Kandy.

The room was really nice and clean. Lots of space. Nice modern bathroom. Tastefully decorated. Lush gardens, secure location. Breakfast on big veranda very nice. Owner and staff were helpful and attentive. Recommend you visit Banana Chill cafe when in Kandy. Best vegetarian/vegan food and vibe.

It was amazing. Great service, very comfy room. Good location, tuk tuk can come in front of the door. Owners are so kind people. The bed was perfect. Water pressure good, plenty of hot water. No need of A/C (but it worked well, just it wasnt that hot)

We ate dinner there once and got charged 15$ per person for it. That price includes starter, dish and dessert and although we requested only one dish we still had to pay the full price. I think it was overpriced.

The room was very clean and breakfast was tasty with a big variety of things. The owner helped us to plan our stay in Kandy and organized a tuktuk for us.

I loves my stay at Kandy tree tops. I already loved the place before approaching it, as the neighborhood is very quiet, natural and green. No noise or chaos around. The property’s area is very beautiful, full of greenery, birds, butterflies - I loved having my breakfast there! The room was well maintained, clean and spacious. The welcome tea with biscuits was very nice. The breakfast was great, but most importantly the owners are amazing! They packed a fruit box gor me to take away when i couldn’t finish it, and even made an appointment for me gor a manicure 😁 the food was very delicious. I would cone back!

Our stay at Kandy Tree tops was one of our favourite during the whole trip in Sri Lanka. The owners are a very nice couple, they welcomed us like their family and prepared delicious dinner and breakfast in their lovely patio. We recommend staying here if you go to Kandy! You will be overwhelmed by their hospitality

We’ve had an enjoyable stay here. The rooms were basic but clean, the food was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We’ve got an advice upon our arrival on what places to visit in Kandy, what are good places to have a meal. The place is away from noisy city roads so you can have a rest there
