The water in the bathroom didn't drain well. The toilet bowl also didn't drain well.

There were some damp in the rooms unfortunately. But the staff was very helpful and nice. The sheets and bathroom were clean. There is a nice terrace where you can have breakfast. The hotel is located on a hill but it is close to the center. Overall, for one night it is not bad.

The fan was too noisy. After we arrived at the hotel, the management informed us that they were sorry, but the rooms were already full. However, after showing them the booking details they gave us a room. The price of the rooms is much higher than the price mentioned on the booking.com site. I asked why and they told me that they are charging an extra tax for each booking. As a hotel manager, I know there is no any hidden charges on booking.com. The owner trying to fool us.

The pool needs maintenance, it was quite dirty the water. Most of the staff does not speak english, so it was difficult for communication. It is not in the city centre, it is like 35 minutes away from it, so the information provided was misleading. My balcony would not lock, so I needed to keep my belongings in the toilet as it had the same key as the room. If they take reviews seriously, they could improve a lot the stay.

The place is simple. Rooms are very spacious, and the views are very beautiful. The owner upgrade our room for better views. He is really nice and good person to talk to. He also owns a beautiful gem store including a small museum. Woth visiting. For the money we paid, it is a good room.

There were issues with water supply. It was weak time to time. Fan of the room was very noisy.

Friendly staff. They provided us with a cleaner and safer room, as we were just 2 girls, who got a room away from the main room area. Appreciate the room upgrades and friendly service.

room view is good but glass windows not easy to open and they jam in between. i am staying in Kandy view from year 2019 onwards earlier breakfast was good and good price , now only bread toast and tea and price is same , so not a value for money

Nice and well-kept hotel. The staff was polite and helpful..they even upgraded my room and also willingly resolved an issue late at night so I definitely recommond to stay here. They also have a pool though I couldn't use it bcz it was raining but you can enjoy for sure

My friend's heater did not work properly.

The view was out of this world. It was so nice. Superb. And we arrived for a late check-in, still, it went well. Also, we were upgraded free of charge into better rooms.
