Good place, the room was clean and spacious with balcony. No view from my room though but from the terrace you can get a good view. The only negative was: it is on steep road so tuk tuk charges a lot and many of them refuses.

This small hotel is 100 metres from Kandy Lake. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a standout - best shower I had in Sri Lanka - hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was served on the 2nd floor looking out at the view. Standard breakfast of fruit, eggs and toast was well prepared and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a car and were able to park on the property. We walked to most places we wanted to visit and enjoyed walking home after dinner in town around the lake - it is well lit and a lovely stroll.

This is the best hotel we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip. The staff were so welcoming .. we arrived late and it was not a problem. The room was immaculate .. so clean and very comfortable and the furniture and decor was amazing. The breakfast was stunning and so delicious and plenty to keep you going all day. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and hospitable. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

- Minimum amenities in bathroom (just a small piece of soap and toilet paper, no shampoo or conditioner, no hand-towels) but this is the norm in most hotels or homestays in Sri Lanka. - The property is up a small hill - short but very steep road to it.

- Clean, nice and spacious room. Good size bathroom. - Kind and helpful staff. Fresh welcome juice. - Good and fresh breakfast, served at the terrace with the nice view of town. When we asked for local breakfast (instead of the usual continental), they eagerly prepared it the following day and it was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. - Good location, 200 meters from the main road around the lake.

The room could be a bit cleaner. There were some stains in the bathroom and the floor was not so clean, sigarette leftovers on the table on the terrace.

The rooms are spacious with good beds, a big terrace, big and well furnished bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Location is good, 15 min walking from the city center/tempel of the tooth relic.

Was up.a steep.hill that not many tuk tuks go up. No shampoo or conditioner.

We really enjoyed staying here! Very luxurious room with under bed lighting and a stunning bathroom. Also a nice balcony area. The breakfast was simple but delicious, definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we had during our time in sri lanka. The hosts were kind and attentive.

The staff was friendly but didn’t know a lot of information (when we asked about the timetable of the train to Ella for example, the biggest tourist attraction that leaves in Kandy) and their English was not good.

The room was very clean and very modern. The location is perfect, just a close walk to the busy city center.

Good location, in a quiet place but walking distance to the centre and the Tooth Temple. Standard room, reasonably comfortable, high cleanliness standard. Breakfast was served on a balcony with splendid views. The owners kindly agreed for an early check-in when we arrived before 11 am straight from the airport after a night flight - that was literally a lifesaver.

Staff is really nice. The rooms were really big and very comfortable. The bathroom is also large with a hot water for shower. Breakfast is also really nice on a rooftop terrace. Be aware of the unpredictable monkeys 🙈,they give quite a show haha.
