Bathroom window didn't close so a lot of bugs (cockroach, flies and frogs) were able to get in. Owner was arguing with a couple lads one night very late at night. Then they were all outside out bedroom window singing and making a lot of noise another night.

Room was basic but clean. Towels were provided. Good location, and in walking distance to the tooth temple and lake. Owner recommend a tuk tuk tour guide which was a decent price. Laundry service was available and a quick turnaround.

Localisation is very good and the owner is very nice, they even offered us some food speciality. The place is nice just sad there was bedbugs if they fix it it's amazing place

First i booked for 6 Rooms. The manager call me later and tell that the rooms in different locations and ask to stay in a apartment. He raised the price to 25,000.00 which is higher than i booked. The bedsheets in the room are not clean. The bathroom has glass door. As i travel with kids and family members it is awkward as the person inside can be visible by others. As totally this room is not pleasant for a family stay.

The location was very good. We got a room with a balcony (so worth it) the view from the bed was amazing! Lots of monkeys in the trees and big bats flying around during the night. Good nature vibe!

1. Not the room advertised in the booking.com 2. The room was not Clean 3. When hot water is turned on all the lights including the room and bathroom are dimming. 4. No A/C 5. At least they don't have water bottle. That was not in stock according to manager. Later gave me a tap water bottle. 6. Towel was not Clean. Maybe it was used during the day. 7. Room was very small 8. As they said they can give that type of room and service according to the room rate in booking.com

Nothing exceptional 2. Gave me an extra bed cloth due to the cold weather.

It is a cheeting Drama to customer . We rejected to accomodation in that lodge . They send us another place and said our recervation is not confirm . I show him my recervation id and he wasnt agree to that and send us another derty place. They display cheeting photos in booking .com . We are very sad and experience is very bad .

Everything could have been better to be honest. Location was not very good. WiFi did not work, no soap, no drinking water, no toilet paper. There is many other stays with way better location, price and quality. They do not put much effort into regular rooms. It's on the hill and quite far from the city center.

They had hot water in the washroom what was a nice thing. Staff was also nice and helpful.
