Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. They also arranged a car to take us to our next destination, Sigiriya. The driver, SD, was a good, safe driver, and he provided us with lots of valuable information about places of interest along the way. He suggested places we might like to visit on the way, and was happy to wait whilst we looked around. Thank you, SD, for a memorable journey between Kandy and Sigiriya.

No lift, so a bit of a hike to the third floor. Room safe didn't work, but otherwise our accommodation was fine. Buffet breakfast was good. Best thing about My City were the staff. Lovely people. Helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I'd give them 5 stars.

We had a family quadruple room which was lovely and spacious with comfortable beds, tea and coffee, air con and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us lots of tips to see in the local area and even tried to make a bed for our baby to sleep in! The hotel was walking distance to the main sites and in a quiet street.

This is a lovely hotel set in a quiet street but very central to everything. Very clean and comfortable,and at breakfast there was a huge choice . The staff are very helpful and arrange tuk tuks and taxis .

Amazing little hotel right in the heart of Kandy! Great location to go exploring this bustling city while it still being quiet at night in the rooms. Staff was super friendly as well and answered our many questions.

The breakfast was fantastic. There was good variety, it was well presented and freshly made. Sweet and savoury items, fresh fruit, curry and more.

Everything was great. If I could make one small suggestion it would be to add some eggs for breakfast, there were a lot of sweet things and some people don't like curry for breakfast. This is no way lessens my review of the hotel.

Loved this small hotel that was located on a small alley off a chaotic main street so it was nice and quiet. The staff are all welcoming and helpful and you always get a smile. Our room was large, very clean and the rain shower with hot water was great. I had asked in advance if there was a fridge we could put a couple of drinks in and they brought a small beer fridge right to our room. Breakfast was very tasty, many different fruits, French toast, cookies, cakes and chocolate muffins. Also some Sri Lankan curry rolls and pasta. Breakfast started with a freshly made blender fruit drink. The hotel is walking distance to Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Buddha Tooth Relic) and the train station. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kandy.

Nice hotel 2 minutes away from city center by tuk tuk. Very clean and spacious rooms. Quiet area, good breakfast and welcoming staff made our stay perfect in this hotel. Laundry service available at reception. Good WiFi in the room.

Very modern furnishings and room. The staff were very friendly and helpful about out stay in Kandy. The breakfast was delicious as well. The staff also gave us a lift to the train station in the morning when we were late as well. Thanks so much!
