My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Nancy Guesthouse. The accommodation matched the pictures exactly and was in a great location—close to everything. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always available and made a great effort to make sure everything was perfect. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here!

Very hospitable manager, nice territory with terrace and small garden (and 😺), tasty breakfast (9 USD), 3 minutes walk to the beach, nice kitchen (shared). I would like to mention the service separately — there are a lot of pleasant little things and it feels like you are being taken care of. What to improve: it's better to update the bathroom and there are few windows in the room (little natural light).

I stayed almost a month and I was super happy with the room and a little terrace in front and I absolutely loveeeed the breakfast!!! Really the best in Mirissa! Very Sri Lankan but also diverse also with pancakes and rotti and fruit and juice and tea, amazing! Krishan and his family were super nice and always there to answer my questions and help me with what I needed. Also there is nice kitchen so you can even make your own drinks or smoothies or cook if you. Very close to the main road but totally quiet and private. I loved that also. The room was big enough and comfortable but a bit hot without the AC. But for the price it was great. The nights were okay with the fan and during the day it’s better to stay at the beach in a shade with the breeze and the drinks. I would definitely recommend Nancy Guest. Thank you!

Super nice and helpful owner. Gave us without asking an umbrella when it was raining, put moskito-incense on our terrace and surprised us with a new year breakfast. Room was clean and the area quiet. We would definitely go back there!

No breakfast available but there are lots of restaurants around. Location perfect! Just got off the bus stop and 1 minite walk to the place. it takes only 2~3 minutes walking to the beach. The place is quiet and clean. We had the welcome drink and a small cake when we arrived. The owner replied messages fast. Hot water works well! Just outside the rrom, we had a table and 2 chairs. Everything was good! We recommend this place!

A bit dark lacking natural light which gave a bit of locked in feeling.

Centrally located near main street. Very friendly and service minded host. Water pressure in shower very good in comparison with other guest houses I've lived in.

Fan room has extremely squeaky bed and the night we stayed, sadly had civet cats in the roof so we were kept awake all night. HOWEVER, the staff were extremely helpful and gave us a discount for lost sleep and were working to solve this problem by the following morning.

Very friendly staff, aircon was powerful. Clean rooms. Kitchen available to make own food. Electric shower with hot water spacious rooms with tables and veranda. Only 5 minutes walk to main entrance of mirissa beach (be aware ther eis a slight incline to property).

We originally got checked into an air conditioned room which was lovely but found out shortly after that we didn't book an AC room which I was unaware of. The room we had booked was too hot to sleep so had the check out a night early. The host was very accommodating and cancelled the 2nd night for free.

The staff were lovely and bought us a few drink when checking in. The beds were really comfortable and it was a bargain at £9 per night. The location was just a short walk from mirissa beach which was perfect!
