Plaster falling off walls, dirty, damage round pool, we arrived at Christmas and could t stay here. Had to go I another hotel- rooms were far apart and it was grubby and damp. Poorly maintained.

I had a pleasure to spent 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Hikkaduwa’s stunning beaches. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The stay was not satisfactory considering the amount paid for the rooms. Though the view is awesome from our sea view rooms, yet the rooms are small. No telephone in room. Service was poor. You need to connect with the reception through whatsapp. So you have to wait for their response once they see your message. We stayed here for 2 days. on 31st night the music was loudest till 1 am, though the party timings were till 12 am. We had a nightmare experience, not able to sleep as the rooms were not sound proof. This shows they dont care for guests. I would have been satisfied if the music volume would have been lower. Food options are very less. For Indians is will be tough, as they serve continental.

Lock of the room wasn't working, there was no coffee machine, they provided an iron which was faulty, there was no dental kit in the hotel

It's lucky to find a beach hotel with such a great location a few steps from the rolling waves. We managed to extend our stay we like it so much. The swimming pool was right on the beach. You will need to go 300 meters left to avoid the rocks but no hardship. Food was all good. Staff helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. Wi Fi worked. Mostly hot water. We were upgraded to a sea room view which is absolutely worth it.

It's on a busy road but doesn't affect the hotel. All beach hotels in this area have the same road.

Large comfortable room. Good WiFi and air con. Very pleasant polite and caring staff. Especially on reception and in the restaurant. Amazing location right on the beach sleeping to the sounds of the sea. Bonus of a swimming pool and sun beds and pool towels provided. Would recommend the sea view rooms if available but all the rooms good. Great stay and recommended. Food is excellent. Breakfast good with an egg chef. Dinners plentiful.

We spent our holiday at Neevana Hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the front staff . Our initial impression upon entering the hotel was very positive. They even provided us with a free room upgrade to a deluxe room, which had a lovely indoor garden and was very clean. We also visited their pool and restaurant; the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back next time. Thank you, Neevana."

Terrible mattress with no mattress protector and see through sheets, so bad I slept on top of covers with a pool towel over. Air Con only worked on high, very noisy, vanes broken so cldn’t adjust. doors to room leaked so water covered floor during rain. Shower drain didn’t work, more water outside shower than in. Toilet seat n roll holder broken, basin broken. Terrible WIFI (staff did give us a router tho). Was 4-5 star price, but 1 star level .

The entrance and pool area was nice, but that is where ‘nice’ ended. Staff were friendly and helpful, and tried within their limited capabilities with a run down property

The place was value for money. The rooms and service was superb and the beach front view was a great . The staff were very polite and supportive at all times. Overall i would recommend this place to any local or foreign tourist.

The a/c in the room wasn’t working and could be better looked after .beach right in front was grubby, and the sun beds / day beds are rotting/ falling apart. Next door cafe / restaurant ‘natura’ had nice sun Beds, food and drink so we spent our time there. Photos look better than the place itself and it has a strange set up where the rooms have all glass to a common walkway - which felt really weird And you had to keep the blinds down at all times for privacy.
