Literally nothing :)

We had a great stay! The rooms were amazing with beautiful sunrise view over the mountains. The breakfast was served on our own balcony and delicioussly put together with local dishes. The staff was also super friendly, gave us tips for nice restaurants and things to-do, and were really responsive over Whatsapp whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking to really take a breather in nature.

I LOOOOOVED my stay. this place is a dream and you won’t regret booking in here. such an enjoyable, beautiful place with beautiful people managing it. Clarance and his wife are fantastic, sweet and very helpful. the room has such a view! having breakfast looking at these mountains, i will never forget it. breakfast is huge, I actually had to ask them to bring me less food- they are very accommodating in case you have some preferences. short walk to the main town, or 5 min by tuk tuk.

The view from the balcony offers a super relaxing atmosphere during the stay. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staffs are super nice and helpful. Clarance, the host, explained us nicely about the surroundings and the information for hiking. He was very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. They showed us different traditional Sri Lanka breakfast every day. We could learn the culture through the food. That was a really great experience!

Nothing to not like here

The host Clarence is the most friendly guy you’ll meet in your life. He will go above and beyond to make you happy. The breakfast alone is already worth the price of the night - think big, local food, incredibly tasty and rich. On top of that you get clean rooms, a comfortable bed and amazing views. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent Liked · everything was perfect! we loved the house, the room, the food and the host family. :) they where really welcoming and friendly. We loved the breakfast and also ate a wonderful dinner. The family helped us with everything we needed and we felt really good during our stay. We will be happy to come back during our next time in Sri Lanka!!

I can 100% recommend this amazing place and it is in many ways my favorite place in Sri Lanka. They have the most amazing and beautiful views over the beautiful landscapes. I had the pleasure of meeting the host couple of the hotel who are incredibly friendly, hospitable and helpful. In the morning I had the best and cheapest breakfast I have had in Sri Lanka. A mixture of English breakfast with a few delicious specialties from Sri Lanka I am very grateful and lucky to have been in such good and beautiful surroundings

Everything was amazing, The view is absolutely stunning,it was so peaceful, didn't want to leave, loved just sitting there and was amazing to see the train coming round the corner by the waterfall in the distance. The breakfast is by far one of the best breakfasts we've had in Sri Lanka, served on you own balcony facing those views, absolutely amazing 😍. The hosts are super friendly,always there if you need them, gave us info on the best way to get to places, they arranged a lovely driver for us to our next destination, pity we can't rate him but he'd be a 10 too. The best way to reach anywhere is down the steps and along the railway tracks,, 10 mins to Ella, the same way to nine arch bridge, 30 minutes max to the waterfall you can see and again the same way to Ella rock about an hour after the waterfall. Pity we can't give more than 10 they truly deserve it. Can 100% recommend and we have travelled to Sri Lanka numberous times, and will definitely return😍😍.

The view was absolutely beautiful! And the breakfast was really good, and always a new dish every day. Not far from the city. You can walk the stairs down to the railway, and then walk on the railway to the city. It takes you around 10 minutes.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay😍! Spectaculor view of the Ella gap from our balcony, delicious Sri lankan breakfast, clean rooms, so comfortable beds. Owner was very nice, caring and super helpful. Beautiful and calm place, away from the bustling Ella city centre, but at the same time the center is easily reachable by scooter or tuktuk. We had the Deluxe Double Room - green one;))

The view from the terrace was amazing. The room was really nice, comfortable bed, warm water and the breakfast was super delicious. The owner was really helpful and gave us tips on how to do the hike to Ella Rock, etc. You can walk from the hotel to Ella city center in about 15minutes, there are stairs leading down to the railroad track. For the way back up to the hotel we always used a tuktuk. Wifi worked great and we would come again any time.

We had a wonderful time at Nest of peak! I dont think the pictures really does the place justice. It’s impossible to capture how beautiful the view is! We travelled all over Sri Lanka, and this was definitely our favorite place. The rooms were nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and amazing balconies. It’s a quiet place, with just a short walk to downtown Ella. The breakfast is wonderful, with fresh made and fresh baked food every morning and local fruit. Clarence is a great host, he is friendly and so helpful, we felt very safe and well taken care of. For Christmas morning, we got little presents with Sri Lankan candy. We will definitely be back, if you do go to Ella, make sure you stay at least a couple of days, so you have time to hike, see all the amazing areas and enjoy the town. You can walk everywhere, if you do not have mobility issues, otherwise it’s really easy to get on a tuktuk.
