The only small downside was the lack of shower gel and shampoo—only soap was provided. However, this did not affect my rating at all. Just a small suggestion to make the experience to the top notch —11/10!

I had a wonderful experience at Nine Glow Resort. The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. As a tourist, I asked for advice, and he provided valuable information. The hotel and the room were very clean, with everything well-maintained and in perfect order. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast(American Breakfast) at a very affordable price, which was a great bonus. Also, there was a few drinking water bottles!!! If you're looking for a welcoming and spotless hotel with great hospitality, budget-friendly and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend Nine Glow Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the view from the balcony was picturesque, the staff was so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious! The staff was available at any time, always ready to help! I had a fever and they brought me a thermometer and Panadol! Definitely recommended!!!

The name board was however changed and he name of the hotel was different on the board . But after we contacted the manger they said they changed the name recently . So everything was fine later on .

It’s about a 10 min drive from town but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent amenities - the bathroom was the best we had in all of Sri Lanka with consistent hot water and a glass door to stop the water from going everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very very lovely and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

Need a signboard on the main road, hard to find at night. The owner said the signboard is ready to install.

Hotel owner and his young son and the butler were ever ready to help. We stayed in a good size, very clean triple room, doubles also available. Large bathroom with expensive fittings is a bonus. Owner helped us with tuk-tuk transport and advice on where to visit and so on. Food was excellent, and we will go there again next year.

It‘s a brand new Hotel where only the first part (4 rooms) is finished (5 more rooms to be built). So everything is in very good condition and of good quality. Rooms are big and everything is super clean. Staff is super nice and helpful.

The accommodation is brand new, super clean, has big rooms, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with hot water. We felt really welcomed, the family helps you with everything and it’s also possible to rent a scooter - which is perfect for the location (it’s easier to go to the city center and around). As we stayed during their New Year’s they invited us for the New Years breakfast which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!!

The location is conveniently located and was easy to find. The staff are very friendly. The rooms were great value and they are spacious and comfortable with a private bathroom. Also the whole property has free wifi access. The payment method did not require any credit card information when booking was very helpful.

This property is a little outside of the main Ella 'rush' and it is a newly opened hotel and very comfortable for the price so it's perfectly suited for someone doing a trip for leisure. I loved the location of the property, the room,and most of all the family that is managing the hotel. Such a warm welcome and really nothing was too much trouble.BTW Wifi speed was superb.

Still work going on at the property, didn’t quite feel finished. A little far out from the centre and at least from our room, the view was not great with the balcony still being worked on and loads of building materials all over that part of garden. There isn’t really a view and a way to sit outside to look out to for example to Ella Rock.
