AustraliaNot very helpful or friendly staff. We woke early (jet lag) and asked for coffee sachets to make coffee in our room while waiting for breakfast to open, to which I was told no. I asked for help with organising car and was told “we don’t offer that service”. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend to anyone. I’m ok with basic rooms, but with basic I expect to pay that price. These rooms were Over priced for what you receive.

United Kingdom1. Very noisy if you have a room by the road. It's like there are no windows. We stayed on a Saturday night and it felt like the noise from a nightclub was inside our room. 2. Room was clean-ish but very dated and tired. Needs a refurbishment. 3. Breakfast very poor and took a long time. 4. We expected more for the price compared to other similarly priced places in Sri Lanka

JapanOverall dirty. Sheets and pillow full of hair, wonder if they changed it before check in. Called front desk to send refill water, but no one came for an hour. Had to call them again. You can smell curry from the central cooling system.. fruits were shown in their picture, dont expect that either.

PakistanThe hotel management didn't took the ownership after I reported the scam of overcharging me via booking.com mobile application message of reconfirming the hotel stay. They should have at least confirm my booking & not ask me for further cash payment during my arrival. First they were themselves unaware of the whole situation, secondly when I shared the evidences of payment deductions done from my credit card only then they just responded that our page was hacked & we reported it to booking.com. That's it. No further adjustment was given to settle the matter.

Good location - you can walk to the Colombo City Center and nearby famous locations. It is also an old house with beautiful architecture, quite area with a coffee shop, restaurant and cocktail bar right below

IranThe hotel's location in the city was favorable, yet our stay was far from satisfactory. The absence of chairs in the rooms, malfunctioning air conditioning causing a humid, stuffy, and uncomfortable room, was a major drawback. We reported the AC issue to reception, but despite a repairman's visit, it remained unrepaired. To our dismay, we also discovered termites and insects near the beds and wooden parts of the room, which was quite disgusting. Moreover, on the second day of our stay, breakfast service was untimely and lacked the self-serve option, being served as a mandatory set menu.
