PortugalThis isn’t definitely a 5 stars hotel, resort or anything of the like. The tents are poorly built and finished with bits of the interior finishes sticking out - you can see it is basically glued up. Everywhere you look, you can see dirty walls, bits of the decoration paper in the shower detaching, etc. Finally, the hotel entertains the typical overcharging attitude towards tourists (drivers, etc.).
Breakfast and location were reasonable.

AustraliaThe idea of individual pods are great and looks aesthetic (on the photos) but the toilet is a bit tacky (wallpaper inside the shower that is falling off). Also, we didnt able to sleep well at night coz there was this 'unknown creature' between the wall or ceiling that keeps on scratching and makes stumping noises (could be rat or anything).
Staff are amazing! They are very attentive and always making sure you are comfortable. Food and service is great. Good size of pool and I love the hammocks around it.

Portugalspacious room but a lot of mosquitos upon check-in. glad we had mosquitos nets around the bed otherwise was going to be impossible to overnight. food wasn't great and the only thing we could eat during meals was fried rice. the breakfast is also very poor, the fruit is standing outdoors from the moment breakfast is served until they clean up to end the service, so if you would go later for brekkie the fruits looked and tasted spoiled. were able to eat toasted bread with butter but not every day butter was available. this hotel has a lot to improve. the only good thing I have to mention is that the location is close to Sigiryia and staff were friendly and tried to help but they couldn't do better.

This hotel is simply stunning. The reception open plan area is clean and welcoming. Our family room villa was clean and comfortable and better than we had expected. The children loved the pool area and also playing pool in the evening. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with food choice for what ever we wanted. The staff work so hard and are very polite. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

AustraliaFood at restaurant wasn’t enjoyable and the staff weren’t overally friendly. We thought it was very expensive for what is was. The bathroom was also dated looking and felt old. Aircon wasn’t great and beds weren’t very comfy.
Location was perfect for visiting the sites and we were welcomed with a nice refreshing towel and a welcome drink which was appreciated.

The location is beautiful with a clean pool, good food and very (!!!) nice staff. the cabins are super cozy and give you a lot of privacy. they provide a local Tuktuk driver who shows you the area really well. everything perfect here and would always come back.

The price of our room also included dinner, which was not a buffet, there were only 2 identical options, not exceptionally well cooked. Again, the kitchen was horribly dirty, you could see it from the outside and the fruit I think had been cut without the employee having washed their hands first. Not value for the money.
The stuff, girls from reception was very helpfull, nice and kind. Also the guys from the bar, who were very attentive and appeared exactly when you needed them.
