    All good.

Lovely place to relax away from the town but near the sights - nine arch Bridge and mini Adam's Peak. The staff are very kind and helpful and the breakfast is good. Thank you. 😊

The room including the bed was very moist; They ask for bank transfer upfront, which is confusing, but you can still always pay cash

Basic hostel with very friendly staff; Nice welcome smoothie and breakfast

Incredible experience overall! Very friendly staff and manager. Really clean rooms: Special shout out to the insanely good bedding - randomly the best, most comfortable and sturdy mattress I've slept on in my entire life. Very fun vibe at the hostel. Exceptionally good breakfast provided each of the two days I stayed there. Close to Nine Arches and Little Adam's Peak.

The hostel gives a colorful and rock vibe all the time. The owner and other staff are amazingly helpful. They helped me in every possible way to make my trip easier and stay more comfortable. The foods taste awesome even though a little bit pricey. But sitting in the open dining area with stunning views made it worth it.

Beds a little close together but this is normal for all Sri Lankan hostels

Staff are very nice. Relaxed, social atmosphere. Perfect for small group or solo travellers. Owner is very nice local guy. I also stayed at his other property the other side of town (Monarch Ella). Which is perfect if you want more space and private bathroom. Both properties are opposite sides of town but both are close enough to walk to the centre of Ella 5/10mins, they are also up on the hill a little on rach side with nice views and away from the congestion in the centre of town.

Cheap and cheerful stay with a beautiful view

I didn't like the fact that renovation works started at 7-8am.. I think it was a bit too early for that. Also it was very difficult to gage when the hostel closed in the evenings because you could come back at 8pm and there are no communal areas to hang out in because everything has been stored away. Would be good to communicate that. The beds were also not very comfortable and the sheets were constantly damp.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and nice. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes in the morning with the plate of fruit. It was also great that filtered water was available, you don't always find it! The staff were also very helpful on giving recommendations on places to go, how to get there and how much to pay.

This is more my personal issue but I'm allergic to dogs and there's one that runs around the cafe upstairs. And the room is a bit dark, but fine if you spend most of your time upstairs in the cafe space.

Bed was super comfy and the staff were very nice.

It was a little loud at night, with dogs barking. This is not the fault of the owners of course, but just a heads up to future guests. The room has a few open areas in the walls, covered with mosquito netting, meaning noise is not blocked out. There is only one key to share with the dorm room, which must be left at reception. Bit annoying, but bearable/understandable.

Location, location, location! Fantastic area to be based, being right at the starting point for the paths leading to the 9 Arches Bridge, and Little Adam's Peak, and also near a good massage parlour. Not only this, but the view from the hostel is spectacular, with tropical birds visiting the trees each day. The owner was very accommodating, and easy to contact, going to extra lengths to try and locate my missing plug. The cook was friendly, and especially the cleaning lady (forgotten names, sorry!), who was charming. Great vibe here with other guests, and super chilled, with a treehouse feel around the bar area. The beds were ok, and the showers warm (after running for 5 mins)! Cleaned regularly. The included breakfasts were nice too. What a bargain! Probably the best hostel I've stayed at in Sri Lanka thus far...keep it up guys!

It is located on a road that gets busy early in the morning, so there’s quite a bit of traffic noise which woke me up every morning despite wearing earplugs. Be aware that you’ll have to either take a tuk tuk or walk back in the dark along an unlit road if you’re going out for dinner in the center.

Very friendly staff, nice common area in the café, comfortable bed, simple but clean facilities, good breakfast and food served in the café, wifi works well. It is located about a 10 minute walk outside the main town area, so it feels quite secluded in the evening and you can hear lots of frogs croaking, which I liked.

The room is right next to the café space, separated only by a glass door, so in case you are noise sensible it is not ideal. But it was not busy at night time, so no problem for me with earplugs. Also the bathroom is the same that café guests use, which for my visit was fine, but meant that it was not very clean.

Very beautiful view, great location close to Little Adams Peak and 9 Arch bridge, and still close enough to town by foot. I loved the mattress and the bedding in general, it was very good, comfortable and clean, remade every day. The breakfast was really tasty and served whenever I was ready. The staff was nice and the café is cozy.

Its a beautiful place with a great view, very close to the Nine Arch Bridge and at the Start of little Adams peak. Very friendly and helpful host who speaks english very well. Everything was extremely clean and the outside area (which is Part of a little café) is very cozy and well equipped. Also very good breakfast (everyday something different) I strongly recommend this place :)

I've stayed in the room number two, it is a new room on the ground floor and I don't recommend it, it is a little bit too dark and too humid the bed was really uncomfortable, I don't know how is the bed in the main room number one, but the room number one is in the middle of the Cafe and not very private, as well there is a family living there in the hostel and everyone wakes up around 5 am so it is very noisy from Early morning, what for me is ok coz I was doing yoga around 7am but not for those who want to rest from the hikings, the location is also a little bit far so if you are planning to go out late night better to find a place more Central There was only me staying in the hostel so not much social life there.

I've stayed in no name for 4 nights, the cafe is really nice, hippie vibes good music and the owner is amazing! Very helpful guy, his brother has a tuktuk so you can organize tours and visit some waterfalls Sometimes there is monkeys visiting and the view is so peaceful The breakfast is good when the chef is there otherwise is very simple, most of the days chef wasn't there, it is definitely a good experience for those who wants a hippie experience and doesn't care about noise and the lack of privacy. Internet is the best that I had in Sri Lanka
