Convenient to airport when are arrived late at night

Our room had a little weird smell to it. Probably because of the high humidity.

10 out 10 was the waterslide from the room.

Nicely done on the outside. Inside rooms were basic but good enough for an overnight stay to make airport transfer easier, included in the price which was convenient. Lovely touch to add drinks in the fridge for no extra charge, staff were wonderful and very respectful. Overall a lovely stay

We felt good from the first meeting with the driver at the airport. After arriving at the accommodation, we had a beautiful, clean and comfortable room that was very close to the pool. The room, the pool, the people from the hotel... everything was amazing. In the morning we had an excellent and rich breakfast. when a tuk tuk was needed, we were on our way within 5 minutes. very kind and selfless people. thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing place to stay, especially if catching a flight from the Colombo airport, which is close by. The owners are incredibly hard-working and friendly. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport and sometimes have to stay up all night welcoming new customers or seeing off others who are leaving. Beautiful swimming pools. One friendly driver dropped me off at the beach and returned to pick me up at the exact time I had requested since I didn't have any phone connection. Thanks again, and well done for excellent services.

Good location close to the airport. Tasty breakfast with plenty of different options. Nice and well maintained garden and pool area. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Free shuttle.

The room had a bad view, windows overlooking the backyard of the property. Garden/pool side must be nice but I think you have to pay extra for that. We had an early morning flight and we were handed sandwiches packed to go since breakfast starts at 8 AM! Definitely too late!

We were pleasantly surprised. Two swimming pools, one with a slide (definitely not safe for babies and small children but so much fun for the grownups!), just by a small in-house restaurant. The room was small and had a very bad view but I think that's what the lowest fare gets you. But it was more than enough for our short stay. There was AC and refrigerator with complimentary soft drinks like Coke, Sprite - that was a very nice surprise. The food in the restaurant was just ok but the fact there is a restaurant and you don't have to worry about your evening meal is a plus. Airport pickup/drop off is included in the price!

Lovely food and a great location close to the airport. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Stayed night before our flight and the shuttle to the airport was included. We booked breakfast which was plentiful. Would recommend for the start or end of your trip.

Very helpful management - helped with booking of shuttle to airport at 5:00am. Packed breakfast for us the night before since their usual breakfast service does not start till much later than 5:00am, when we departed for airport

Delicious breakfast with many options. Nice surroundings with a garden which is carefully taken care of. The swimming pool with the water slide is absolutely an attraction for children. Friendly owners.

This was our first stay in Sri Lanka and we loved it so much we tried to come back again but they were fully booked. The pool with the slide is so much fun and it helped us stay up when jet lag was hitting hard! It was so nice to have free airport pickup - Such a relief when arriving in a foreign country. It’s also an easy Tuk Tuk ride to the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds comfortable. WiFi worked great everywhere on the property and the breakfast buffet was delicious. This place is probably the best value we got during our whole stay in Sri Lanka - so many incredible perks for a great price!!

No hot water for showers.

The whole staff were super lovely, the property was really clean, the rooms big and the beds comfy. Breakfast was outstanding, as was their helpfulness organizing pickup, drop offs and drivers. The kids loved the two pools, especially the slide!

Great place to stay close to airport (15min). We loved everything. Spent whole day just chilling here before our flight back home. There are 2 pools, one with slide, kids loved it. They have good food offer for good prices. Room was big, clean, everything was new. Owners are very nice. Great value for money. Thank you!

We did not face any problems to share with others.

We had early morning arrival and hotel sent a driver to pick us up without any extra charge. Our intention was to have a little sleep after overnight flight before to leave to Sigiriya direction. And we got what we expected. Room was clean and big enough. There is also swimming pool available. We did not explore surroundings and slept during the breakfast time. However, staff was nice and we had a good sleep. For sure recommended.

Location bit away from beach.

I had an excellent experience at Optimum Residencies The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste.(English, Sri Lankan both) The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Danushka, Nilu making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
