Nice small Hotel. Very clean rooms, equipped with quiet air conditioning and an equally quiet ceiling fan. Bathroom was also very clean with good water pressure and hot water. The minibar is very well stocked. Good breakfast, dinner was also very good. The owner Gerry and his staff even prepared a great fish platter for me upon request. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. E-Bicycles can be rented to explore the area. Playing billiards is also possible; there is a billiard table available. Beautiful courtyard garden with a pool for cooling off. Due to its proximity to the airport, it is the perfect accommodation to start or end your vacation. Although it was close to the airport, there was no aircraft noise at all. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back sometime. See ya Gerry!

If we were staying more than one night, the location could be an issue as their is very little to do in the surrounding area unless you ordered a taxi or a Tuktuk.

We only stayed one night as we were moving on to Galle the following day. The owner, Gerry was great. We had just arrived in Sri Lanka and he had arranged transport from the airport for us and a taxi to Galle the following day. The room was clean. It had a mini bar filled with beer, fruit juice, and water. We had a tv and WiFi.. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. We didn’t use the pool due to time constraints, but it looked lovely.

Perfectly located near the airport with a lovely pool in a peaceful lush garden. Delicious food to choose from an extensive menu. Host Jerry went the extra mile to make our short stay a great experience, including arranging airport transport which he woke up for at 130am - much appreciated. June was super helpful.

I was so glad I planned to stay three nights here at Palms Villa before my flight out of the country. Most guests just use this as a quick stopover before or after a late-night flight. And they really miss out. If you stay through at least one day, you mostly have the place to yourself. I did not even leave for meals--the food prepared by Gerry (who happens to be a great chef) and his assistant is delicious and reasonably priced. Because the guesthouse is tucked away in a residential neighborhood, it is peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Sit by the lovely saline pool, enjoy a cool drink, and pretend you are a millionaire.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Sorted out my transfer from the airport and helped me with my onward travel the next morning. The room was spacious and clean and had working air conditioning and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.

A little farther from the airport than we thought and the early morning tuk was expensive. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, friendly doggos. Had the best masala chicken ever!! It really had everything we needed for a night pre-flight. The room has a little fridge and a kettle and lots of lighting.

Very comfortable hotel close to the airport. The Staff is super friendly, you can eat delicious dinner there. Rooms are comfortable and clean, very well equipped.

The only thing was the hot tub was out of use it would have been over if it was working but this wasn’t much of an issue.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a drink and a chat with the workers and the dog also greeted me he was lovely and helped the owner show me to my room which was so nice as I have been travelling and missed my dog🥹

Great place very close to the airport. Staff were all amazing and so helpful with everything you need. Rooms was spacious and had everything you need. Poolside is great for a rest and a swim !!!!
