Size of rooms was fantastic. King size beds. Clean, and great air-conditioning. The staff were lovely, and the food was great. Overall, it was very good

My room being a single one overviewed the staircase and other aircon units so it was pretty warm when the aircon wasn't on. However, as I didn't spend a lot of time in it, it wasn't a dealbreaker. The aircon was quite noisy. Also the music from the bar can be heard until 1 am so I spent time at the bar until closure as I would hear the music in the room anyway. The hotel charges 3% for any card purchase. The restaurant food was just ok.

This is a family owned small hotel on top of a cool beach bar very conveniently located as right on the beach and close to shops bus stop and restaurants. The room was nicely furnished, had very interesting lighting and very reasonably priced. beautiful sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the room rate.

It’s direct access to the beach, the restaurant and views were always sooo lively. Really gives you great value. The staff were absolutely helpful and friendly!!!

Top floor front rooms need bigger air conditioning unit and insulation in the ceiling. Rooms were not cooling with Air Conditioner running 24/7 and curtains closed. Staff - hardly ever see them.

We had asked for 2 sea view rooms but only provided with one. Some anti insect treatment is required as both rooms had ants and other insects (Cockroach). Entrance is a bit tricky from road side. However one sign board is available. Food is a bit pricey.

Immediate beach front. Beautiful setup. Cozy and clean rooms. Rooms were quite big for their price. Property was really at a great location and steal deal at the prices we booked.

Didn't bother me to much, but they do play music until about 1am and when you have an early flight and trying to get some sleep before it can be a little disruptive, but this was the only thing I could say I didn't care for.

Very good location and being right on the beach was so nice! The staff were really friendly and credit to them as some guests were lacking in manners and politeness. The food was amazing and a good selection of drinks.

The music they play is mostly terrible. If the played some chilled beach tunes instead of Euro pop stuff the vibe would be much better. Ok for lunch, but much better places on the beach and in town for dinner.

Great location in the centre of the beach. Easy walk out to restaurants etc in the town. Big rooms. We were recommended room 23 at the back (now it is room 118) which is away from the ‘too loud’ terrible music at the front. Sunbeds free if you have lunch there, which worked fine for us.

The loud music at night from surrounding bars - which spoil ALL Sri Lanka’s beaches it seems. Couldn’t find any food there or menus or kitchen. It took 2 or 3 days for me to realise there was a hidden hose to wash sand off one’s feet! An info pack about hoses and food would be incredibly helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The night vibes were absolutely charming, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Plus, the location is fantastic—it's right next to shops and restaurants also beachfront, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The hotel by the beach is stunning at night with all the lights in the beach restaurant. The room was spacious and totally worth it. They let us checkin early and checkout late as well. Food was great but slightly expensive. The staff could improve on their customer service skills a little bit more. However, that didn’t affect our stay.
