Perfect place to connect with the exotic beaches of South Sri Lanka. Turtle beach, coconut tree heal, parrot rock are all walkable distances, as well as the restaurants, fruit stands, restaurants. The accommodation is clean by western standards. The rooftop kitchen and dining room has beautiful view and comes very handy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay 2 times. Thank you for the amazing service!

Great quiet place to stay in Mirissa away from the bustle. The roof terrace provides fantastic views and space to do artwork. The communal kitchen facility is a bonus. Clean comfortable rooms with balcony are spacious and clean. Ishara is a great host.

Ishara was super helpful and responded to any queries I had. Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing stay for 6 nights. Room was spacious, nice warm shower. Fridge and kitchen available for use up on the roof terrace which is a wonderful space with great views. Close up to wildlife in the trees whilst sat on the balcony. Access to the beach straight across the road next to a fresh juice stall (where there is also a laundry service which was excellent 👌). Only 10 minute walk into the start of the busy area.

There was quite s bit of noise from the temple across the road one night. In lasted from 6pm to 6am.

The location was fantastic and really close to the beach. The host was lovely and accomodating. The room we stayed in was clean and the aircon worked great!

Ishara was a very kind and welcoming host, more than happy to provide advice. She arranged a scooter for my stay, which was very affordable and a fantastic way to see various sights and quieter beaches in the area. Room with ensuite was extremely comfortable and a warm welcome after travelling, large comfortable bed, clothing storage, mosquito net, AC and hot water. Lovely views from top floor where the guest kitchen is located. Easy and beautiful walk along beachfront to main town area but there are several sensational dining options within few minutes walk of accomodation. Across the road from coconut tree hill. Thank you Ishara, I would certainly stay again if in the area!

Ishara is very nice and helpful. From the roof terrace you have a very nice view and the room is quite big and has everything you need. A shelf as storage for clothes would be nice to have. The location is also perfect. You are not in the touristic center of Mirissa which I liked but you are at the beach within a few minutes walk.

The location was very good (quiet and on the other side of the street of turtle bay), the room was spacey and had a lot of options to place your own stuff, the balcony was nice and the room overall was just pretty! The host was lovely and helpful. Everything perfect, thanks for having us!

The place is near the beach, the turtle point and the coconut tree hill. Got a big room with my own bathroom. Not the best standards, but compared to the price it was really good. Comfy bed and clean sheets and towel. No aircon, but had a fan in the ceiling. Really nice staff, the owner was available next door and on whatsapp. I got to keep the room until 3 pm with no extra cost. Felt safe and had a good night sleep at the peacock wings guest.
