Very nice hotel with kind staff. Kavindra The guy in the reception Kavindra is very nice and helpful guy. Sarvana and persana are working in the kitchen. They make yummy breakfast with great tea, coffee and omelette.

Unfortunately for 2 nights and extend 1 more night, l didn't get high floor (Room204) and I didn't have the opportunity to open the curtains and let in the breeze because there was a local house across from my balcony 2. The electrical outlet panel containing the hair dryer should be repaired immediately 3. Plug sockets should be standardized in the same way. Round plug or flat plug

1. The receptionist is polite and satisfactorily helpful with any questions I may have about how to use "pickme application" 2. The location may be difficult for taxi drivers to notice, but for me it's not serious because it's not hard to find 3. I like the lobby area coz, there is fan for relax and sofa sitting area to sit on while waiting for the car to come pick me up 4. The size of the room I stayed in was good (Room204) 5. The strength of the water system in the shower is good

Area is very commercialized, wholesalers of various stuffs. Had to go to the Pettah Market to eat and buy needed stuffs. About 7-10 minutes of walking.

Internet and wifi very bad. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7.30am to 9.30am but at 8.00am it was still not set, so we had to wait a long time and lost a lot of time. During the night I found insects in the room like cockroaches and I showed it to the staff asking for a discount as compared to other accommodations it was very expensive and I demanded a room without insects, they did not apply any discount to apologise for the incident.

when we booked the room it says restaurant is there. But we when went to the place they said restaurant was closed. They can only provide breakfast. So it was difficult for us since we had a one year baby and we had to manage food from outside.

First we got a room with no TV-set and the air condition stopped working every 1,5 minutes but after complaining we moved to another room. There was no hair dryer. In both rooms there was no fridge. The window was strange and small.

We arrived late due to our flight and the receptionist checked before arriving if he could already sent a taxi etc to make our life easier. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and convenient. Location is nearby fort railway station and the busy Pettah area. We could leave our backpacks after checking out for a few hours to explore the city.
