We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was simply amazing—delicious and very generous. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The property was beautiful with balcony views onto a river/waterfall. You are also able to access the river from the property. The host is the best we’ve had in all of Sri Lanka, he couldn’t do enough for us. He offered us to take us up to Ella town in his tuk tuk for just 500 rupees. His breakfast was amazing and plenty of it!! Would highly recommend staying here.

IrelandThe Internet is quite slow and we had a power cut twice, once in the morning for an hour and the second time was in the evening for almost 2 hours while all the buildings around have electricity.
The best part of the accommodations is that you'll have your own waterfall just outside the balcony with the sound of the water when you sleep. Very generous breakfast and the owner provided us with a tuktuk to visit Ella which I highly recommend. I remember the morning I was leaving Ella that I was sad to be leaving this magical place. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

FinlandThe shower pressure was low. The room could be cleaner, and the bedsheets probably should be updated. The wifi was slow, and even our 4G didn't work well on that area. I'm not sure if the distances from the hotel to other locations are accurate.
Nice Sri Lankan breakfast was served at our "private" terrace by the waterfall. The waterfall would probably have been even better during the rainy season, but even now we could walk around and cool our feet there. We used to take tuktuk to the centrum and different attractions, but when coming back it was an easy downhill hike. The host was very accommodating. The price was very reasonable.

Nice peaceful location a bit further from buzy Ella centre. Super friendly hosts and massive yummy braekfast! This is a hidden gem! Outside looks modest but down the stairs is a beautiful terrace by the river!
