The rooms are small. Especially the bathroom is small and our shower head was broken.

The pool and garden and communal areas are lovely. Good to have tea and coffee making facilities and drinking water.

The garden could use a trimming.

Friendly staff, but the owners (not Sri Lankan) ignored you completely. Maybe it's just a difference in culture. Solid breakfast and a very nice pool open till late. Nothing like a dip before bed :)

Its better if the room could provide the guests amenities like soaps, shampoo. And the stair case to our room wasn't cleaned.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and you can discuss any inquiries with them. Room was soo spacious and clean. Parking available for some vehicles and that was very convenient. Pool and the outdoor area was well cleaned.

The rooms smelt a bit funky and the mattresses weren’t comfortable.

Amazing pool and facilities. The room has working AC (was a little loud), but good bathrooms and space. Incredible location within Mirissa.

The toilet had an open window that let all the rain sink in, soaked all the towels that were hanged underneath it and let all the mosquitoes get in. It's an area with a lot of mosquitoes and we would have appreciated if the beds had mosquito nets. The staff is short in english and made simple things (as laundry, money exchange, etc) a bit hard. We did the laundry there and didn't even weight it in front of us. Altogether the attention could improve.

We booked here specifically to have to pool but unfortunately it was green and not able to be used. The showers drain was concreted in so the bathroom flooded every time you showered.

The owner is very friendly and helpful! The location was great, a short walk to the beach. The pool area is great but unfortunately not swimmable due to it being green (this seems to be common in the off season). Peak season, this would be a great place to stay I think!

AC was a little dated had to change the remote a couple times but the staff were always available and sorted this quickly.

A hidden treasure just a short walk away from Mirissa beach. The place was peaceful and beautiful just what we needed, and the host was so kind and welcoming.

The personal was super helpful. The breakfast was served with sausages, bread, jam and omlettes with handful of fresh fruits.

The bed was very noisy, even just sitting down on it. Turning during the night was distracting. The water in the shower ran towards the basic instead of towards the drain. We had to sweep it down the drain. The bathroom door didn’t close.

The pool was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious.

Spacious rooms, beautiful property and conveniently located! Indhi was a wonderful host, and gave us amazing tips for navigating Mirissa and finding surf! Such lovely staff and the pool area is fantastic! Definitely recommend for your stay in Mirissa 😁

We had to move rooms as initially the AC wasn’t working. The second room was fine and also had an overhead fan.

Great location - could walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was large although the water wasn’t super clean

Nice location, the woman owner was super nice and helpful. Nice pool and dining area. The beds could do with upgrading based on the price being paid but overall a nice spot 🙂

The location of Riverside Cabanas is great. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Unfortunately the beds were really uncomfortable, thus sleep was not really relaxing.

Nice cabanas next to the main road in Mirissa. Beach, Lot of restaurants, bus stop and everything else in walking distance. Indee is a great host, who takes care all the time and organizes everything that you need.

Very good location close to Mirissa beach, ATM, supermarkets and restaurants. The pool and sitting area was beautiful and clean! Could see the monkeys on the trees, breakfast was very good and fresh fruit nice tea and coffee. The owner was amazing very helpful and would go out of his way to do anything for you and the other staff was lovely and made us feel very comfortable I would recommend staying here if you come Mirissa will definitely come again. He will sort out trips for you activities and taxis all cheaper then online! My boyfriend went to his surf school and he loved it very professional and good rate “blue wave” one of the best customer service accommodations I have ever stayed at.
